McFalrane Toys Doom Slayer Figure Revealed at E3

Posted on June 12, 2019 at 6:54 am by Joe Moore under Video Game Toy News

E3 McFarlane Doom Slayer

At E3 2019, fans got their first look at the upcoming Doom Slayer figure as he appears in Doom Eternal. The 7″ scale figure from McFarlane Toys will have 22 points of articulation. The Doom Slayer includes a Supershotgun, an Extended Arm Blade, and a Sheathed Arm Blade. A figure stand will also be included. The image comes courtesy of Preternia. Look for the Doom Slayer to be released in September.

With over 25 years of storied history and fighting through an onslaught of demonic enemies, DOOM revolutionized the game industry and The Doom Slayer has been the main protagonist for most the series. Now you can collect this incredibly detailed 7″ scale figure based on the legendary DOOM Franchise! Featuring DOOM Slayer in his most recent iteration of his Space Marine Armor, the figure is designed with Ultra articulation with 22 moving parts! Figure comes with a base, the Supershotgun, Extended Arm Blade, and Sheathed Arm Blade and comes showcased in DOOM themed window box packaging!

Doom, Mortal Kombat 11, and Harry Potter Solicitations by McFarlane Toys

    EDIT:
    Pre-order listings added.

The Doom Slayer is interesting to me, I haven't bought a McFarlane toy since like movie maniacs, but I've heard some good things lately. I'll probably still wait for some reviews, but I'm interested.

Hmm. McFarlane's showing a stock image of the Doom Slayer from the 2016 game, but the product description makes it sound like they're actually doing a figure based on his upcoming Doom Eternal design.

Hell, I'll be happy to take either one. If ever a game series needed toys, it's Doom, and I'm shocked that no one has made them until now (aside from that Hot Toys-ish 3A figure).

Just please let the Doomslayer figure be good.

i m actually more interested in the MK11 figures, as no other company has made 7-inch figures of them in the Western market.
    Scorpion looks so badass !

I really hope there's going to be figures of...I guess these are supposed to be the past versions of Scorpion and Subby.

I'm kinda hoping McFarlane can negotiate a deal with Rockstar to make GTA and Red Dead Redemption figures. NECA has said time and again that Rockstar won't license out their properties (which is insane to me), but maybe Todd could use some of his clout to win them over?

Todd actually still has clout these days?

Hah! He got the DC license somehow though

So did Mattel. Apparently they'll give it to anybody.

More accessories are always better, but the super shotgun is all he really needs.

I will try to ask MCFarlane at Facebook and Email!

I am waiting an Eternity now for a Hanzo Hasashi (MK 10)
and Sub Zero Figure now! Hanzo unmasked (MK 10) is also seen
in the MK 11 Story Trailer fighting his old Specter Version.

I have already pre Ordered Scorpion and Sub Zero.

But so far, no one got the MK Line correct.

There is almost no Life Sign anymore of Storm Collectibles.
I have my doubts that they will ever release the Liu Kang Figure.

Companies that have the MK License could make so much Cash Rain
if they just would produce the latest Version of each Character Version.

I hope he and DC Collectibles aren't making the same characters outside the obvious choices (Bats, Supes, WW, etc). I would like to own figures from both lines, but I also want some variety.

The Doom Slayer figure is on display at E3. Can't say anything about articulation / quality of recent McFarlane toys but at least this one looks pretty good.

FINALLY. And it looks pretty damn good! Looking forward to picking it up.

Here's hoping that McFarlane follows this up with a figure of the "classic" Cyberdemon that was revealed to be in the game at e3.

Here's hoping they give us Doom monsters in general. Won't hold my breath but if they go ahead and give us several monsters i'll buy the lot. If they do the Cyberdemon i sure as hell hope it's scalled correctly. Would be more than willing to pay $100 if they scale it correctly.

22 POA is what their Fortnite figures have, right? That would be fine. Not good, but serviceable.

Looks like only single jointed elbows but pretty good everywhere else. I heard McFarlane did a good job with the Halo figures so I'm pretty positive on Doom guy. Love that they went with the bare arms version too. This'll be an easy buy.
