Mezco Exclusive Batman: Sovereign Knight - Onyx Edition Figure

Interesting that there is advance notice on one of their preorders- did they make the announcement via social media or something?
Live now!

Looks like they were better prepared this time. System wasn't struggling as much as it did with the Batman Beyond and Spec Ops Punisher preorders.
only a little bit of crashing before it finally went through.
i love the Keaton era look of this figure. I actually managed to successfully order one of these for a change. Usually I wind up on the waitlist. This time I used PayPal. Maybe that made a difference?
Not sure how I feel about the several hour advance notice for exclusives being the norm- all it does is ensure things sell out quicker than normal. The bottleneck (and problem) is the limited supply
I got through on Paypal. Their credit card system cannot handle this, same thing every time. And same as last time, the system took all of my points on a failed attempt, so now I gotta get them to add them back. Great system for points they have, no one can use them!
Still nowhere near as bad as preordering Spec Ops Punisher or the the shenanigans on Sideshow with the Neon Tech Iron Man preorders. Both were terrifying bad ordering experiences.
I had repeated billing problems too so I paid with PayPal...they billed me for the entire amount and I still have no verification from Mezco if I scored one. Waiting to hear back from customer service....
Last time this happened was with the Ascending Knight variant...they billed me for the whole purchase but still didn’t let me in on pre-sale. They gave me a full refund, but I had to buy the figure from a third party.
I feel like having your costume be so damn shiny would be counterintuitive to blending into the shadows...
Scored one (confirmed). It seems like PayPal was the main way to make it!
it looks like we all had the same problem and same solution. I hate paying in advance, but Paypal was the only thing that worked.
Scarily, I received four email confirmations of my one order number.
Yeah I got multiple emails as well.
I got six emails from Mezco tonight. I’m on the waitlist and I momentarily thought that they were putting me on the preorder list.
They’re website is incredibly jacked up. For some reason, it showed my preferred payment method as my old card that I deleted from my account. They also had my current card on file with the wrong expiration date and a duplicate with the correct expiration date. I had to delete all them and re-add my card just to join the waitlist an hour after it sold out. Definitely using Paypal next time.
I got four emails as well Idk if I'm on wait-list or not but my email says "Congrats! your order is being processed" and it shows me that the order information and looks like it might of got it and not be on waitlist.
Since it says Pre-ordered on mine and not wait-list even on my account on the site says that. So idk...very confusing and annoying since I just was waiting on the site for the count down and rushed as soon as I could to grab a pre-order and it was acting crazy. I'll check on the bank statements on seeing if it was taken out since I wanna be sure I got it.
Since I'm confused too why I never got the 80 reward points it claims you get after making the purchase for this figure. Either way it was beyond frustrating definitely will use PayPal next time and just pay up front.
