The recent tradition of NECA Christmas releases continues with their latest figure. Their Elf – Buddy The Elf 8″ Scale Retro Mego Style Figure is available now on the NECA eBay Store and the NECA Amazon Store. The figure includes some great movie themed accessories. The figure won’t be available on toy shelves until mid-September, so this gives fans a chance to grab it quite a bit earlier. The figure is priced at $30.99 plus shipping.

Buddy stands 8” tall and is fully articulated. He’s dressed in the bright green elf attire that he’s worn his entire life, and comes with a snow globe, a bottle of maple syrup, and some delicious spaghetti breakfast leftovers. Window box packaging.

Not something I'll end up getting, but I have to admit that I freakin' love that NECA does all these figures based on Holiday films. No one else seems to make figures from all the great Christmas and Halloween films. Maybe NECA will make the Sanderson sisters from Hocus Pocus, I'd buy those in a hot minute. Or finally a John McClane or Riggs and Murtaugh figures. At any rate, good on NECA for doing holiday figures.
You made heart cry a little in yearning when you said hocus pocus. Imagine a billy butcherson? He'd be perfect especially if you look at the new the fog captain Blake they just announced.
Whew…I was starting to think I'd have to buy EVERY NECA release this year. Not so much.

I really want to get it, but sometimes their MEGO style headsculpts look pretty weird. They can do great ones, I'm not sure if these are exaggerated on purpose or what.
