Back at Tokyo Game Show 2017, Square Enix displayed Play Arts Kai Cloud Strife with his Bike Fenrir Version 2 from the animated movie Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. They have now officially announced the release for this massive set. Included is Cloud Strife, which looks to be a re-release of the Advent Children Cloud from 2015. He comes with interchangeable hands, an interchangeable portrait, a wide array of swords (that do not combine), a swap out left arm, and a figure stand. Fenrir, the motorcycle, has attachments to store all of the various swords as well.
Pre-orders are not yet live in Japan, but will likely be going up over the next few days. The set is priced at 36,800 Yen (about $334 USD). It is set for release in October.
UPDATE 6-21-2018:
Square Enix has posted up the U.S. pre-order listing for the figure. See the new details and link after the jump.

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children - Cloud and Fenrir Play Arts Kai Set

Cripes that's incredible. Love that movie. Just got the FFVII Remake Cloud Play Arts Kai put out last year and it's great, but this, this is incredible. Pricey, but man this looks so good.
It is pricey, but cheaper than I expected. The figure is MSRP 150, so getting the fully functioning bike with lights in that scale for 180ish more is reasonable.
It is a good Sign also, that Square did not give up on the Play Arts Kai Line.
It has been really quiet this Year, but with this release
it seems that they really Continue with the Line.
I hope for a Kadaj Play Arts Kai in the Future,
and more to be shown at San Diego Comic Con in July.
Im cool with an occasional PAK, but I'd really like for them to do FFVII (all generations) in Bring Arts scale. Price and space on shelves are more doable like that.
The bike looks to be the same as the old one released with the special edition of the movie in japan with led lights added
$250 USD would have been more reasonable I would say.
I dunno their costs, but using the figure at 150 baseline, that was my logic. Now, whether or not those figures are worth it, that's another story.
I hear you tho, they are pricey and I don't grab them anymore aside from epic FFVII ones. If they do Bring Arts, I will gladly switch to that format.
His swords are really well done.
Anyone think the price will eventually come down on this or will it get bought fast and see the price only raise from there?
EDIT: I just realized the swords don't attach to each other. Major fail, imo.

Combining Swords would blow up the Price of the Figure out of Business
with around 500$ or more, because the combining Mechanism
would need a lot of time to be created.
Play Arts Kai Prices will always go higher after Release,
So you should grab the Figure as soon as you can.
My Prediction here is: Many People waited for a Set like this
and some People that could not afford Cloud when he was released
will grab this Set as fast as they can; thus Price will Sky Rocket
as always with PAK.
You were right about that: everywhere seems to have sold out on preorders alone. No clue how many were made or if they'll be making more, but it's not available on the major places like Square, Amazon, Bigbadtoys etc.
I'm on the fence about whether I'll unbox it. Considering how quickly it went, no doubt the price will rise on resell.
