Back in 2015, 3A revealed their first DC Comics 1/6 Scale Figure. The figure was a redesigned, robotic Steel Age Batman. 3A’s Ashley Wood imagined a world where the heroes are gone, and all that is left are robotic versions of DC’s most popular hero. Along with the original release, 3A also released a Steel Age Arctic Batman, as well as a Steel Age Joker.
They have now revealed a new edition of the Steel Age Batman. The new version features a more classic gray and blue color scheme, and is being dubbed the Steel Detective Version. At the moment, there is only a single image released. We’ll update when more photos and details become available. You can see the full preview by clicking the banner image above.

I hope Bats doesn't actually plan on wearing that in the arctic regions. Freezing to death would be an embarrassing way for the world's greatest detective to die.

DCC is putting out some crazy statues and whatnot as well so there must be idio... er, people looking to buy such things.
i don't know. weird.
might have been better to armor plate the entire body instead of leather with odd stitching. the boots, what? what is going on with this?
It works for me. I mean, I’m not buying it since it’ll probably break in six places just taking it out of the box, but I like the look

Is anybody buying these things?
While I'm not 100% behind the bright-yellow belt, the rest of the figure gives me the contrast I was looking for.
This just went up for pre-order at BBTS at a $10 discount. Must have switched from Bambaland or BBTS made a deal.
I like the Arctic version but that whole getup looks like it'd be really cumbersome to move around in...
