Tweeterhead has posted a teaser for an all-new license. They will be releasing maquette featuring George and Davis Okoye from the recently released Rampage film. Based on the 1980’s video game of the same name, Rampage follows The Rock as Davis Okoye, a primatologist trying to protect the albino gorilla George. George, along with Ralph the wolf, and Lizzie the alligator, are all transformed by a dangerous chemical that causes them to mutate, grow in size and become extremely aggressive. When the three come together in Chicago, destruction reigns, and the only thing that may stop them is the unlikely friendship between George and Davis Okoye.
We only get a silhouette, teasing the new statue from Tweeterhead. It shows the oversized George standing next to Davis Okoye. We will update with more details as they become available. Click the thumbnail to see the full teaser.
Rampage George and Davis Okoye Statue Teased by Tweeterhead

This movie was so bad, I can't see them selling much merch for it. I enjoy monster movies, everything from King Kong to Universal Monsters, Showa era Godzilla, etc. But this was just bad, not intentional bad like Sharknado, just generic, poorly written and only about 15 minutes of actual monsters rampaging.
I loved the movie. I'd love some better figures of the monsters. Just not digging the ones from Lanard.
If SH Monsterarts did the Croc, I'd buy that in a hot second, regardless of how I feel about the movie. I'd probably buy a George SH Monsterats as well.
