The last few days have seen some interesting bits of news pop up for pop culture fans. From the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon series, to a Super Mario movie, there’s been some interesting developments in the realm of visual media. Fright Rags has a new series of Texas Chainsaw Massacre apparel, and we have a few new nerdy tees worth checking out. In the realm of collectibles, we have some new Transformers items fans should enjoy, a look at the next GI Joe exclusive, Robotech, and a look at the finalized Arkham Asylum The Joker from Hot Toys. And as usual we have some other fun stuff as well.

    the stormtrooper cake is impressive. not sure how you get a 5ft cake to stand.

    They build an armature with a shelving system. That way, cake isn't just resting on cake.

    I mean I assumed, but look at those little flimsy cardboard baffles. pretty impressive.

    but to be honest, I'm pretty surprised I'm able to stand, cause at this point I think I'm about 17% cake.

    that new art design for the TMNT is horrible. plus they are doing a "rise" of the ninja turtles meaning they are gonna be even more kiddie style. what are they gonna do next? TMNT: the Baby years, SMH.
