Castlevania: Symphony of Night Alucard Statue by Mondo

Mondo will be releasing an all-new Castlevania: Symphony of Night Alucard Statue. Gamespot has the first photos and details for the upcoming release. They also talked with Mondo about the statues creation, including some behind the scenes images. The Alucard Statue will stand at 16″ tall, standing a top a themed base. Alucard is depicted wielding his sword, while his cape showcases the three forms Alcucard can take in the game (Wolf, Bat and Mist). There will be a standard and an exclusive version. The exclusive version includes an interchangeable arm holding a shield. The regular version will be priced at $300, while the exclusive version will be $305.

Based on the classic Konami game CASTLEVANIA: SYMPHONY OF THE NIGHT, the Alucard statue is an original design inspired by the artwork of Ayami Kojima for the game. The statue depicts the half-human, half-vampire son of Dracula as an elegant yet ready-for-battle swordsman, with his cape revealing his three shape-shifter forms: mist, bat, and wolf. Alucard also features a interchangeable right arm throwing a dagger, one of his sub-weapons from the game.

The Mondo Exclusive version – only available until February 15 (2/15) at 12PM (CT) – comes with an interchangeable left arm holding a shield featuring Alucard’s crest.
