Four Horsemen has posted an update announcing two more Power Lords figures have been made available to pre-order. The Power Builders are troops available in mostly black or mostly white colorways. These are geared towards fans interested in troop building. Pre-orders are open now and will remain open until October 6th at 3:00 PM EST. They need to hit a minimum number of pre-orders for production to go forward. The number required to move forward has not been announced. Check out the update below and read on for the images.
Many of you have requested it and we’ve listened – we’re now going to be adding two Power Builder figures to our Power Lords pre-order so you can build your Power Lords armies!
These two figures will utilize the same articulation configuration and weapons as the other Power Soldiers in this wave, but will be sporting much less paint, allowing us to offer them to fans at a lower price point. While the normal 4″ scaled Power Lords figure sells for $22.00 each, plus shipping, each Power Builder figure will only be $15.00 each, plus shipping. And YES! There will be a specially priced six-pack option for the Power Builder figures!
The Light Power Builder is decked out in all white armor with a black visor, and will come with 2 Power blades, Ion Blaster gun, Power Staff – all cast in black. The Dark Power Builder is sporting all black armor with a red visor, and will come with 2 Power blades, Ion Blaster gun, Power Staff – all cast in silver.
Please note that the Power Lords All-In set will NOT include the Dark Power Builder figure or the Light Power Builder figure, but we will be able to combine separate orders to save you money on shipping charges with this pre-order.
Keep your eyes peeled for the launch of these two amazing new figures later today at http://www.StoreHorsemen.com
Four Horsemen Power Lords Figures Get New Life

awesome, i loved the original 80's power lords!
They waited how many years now in between waves? Way to work with the fan base Horsemen. I have to say I am supremely unimpressed with these guys. They charged for a "club" membership to get discounts and "early access" to buy the figures and then disappeared for over 3 years. They "Returned" these in 2013. I hope it implodes because these guys were uncommunicative dicks about the line making statements every 12-15 months about it coming soon.
I wonder if they will re-release the first two waves again, I missed out on some of them and would love a second crack at them.
I've been sitting on my figures trying to decide if I should just sell them all because the 4H abandoned the line. Now I'm back to wait and see.
This isn't the first time they've promised big things and then not delivered.
Yeah, kinda miffed about this (as a consumer.) That is a heavy waiting period to get some key figures. I know I was excited to see what they were going to do with Arkus and ended up being surprised and disappointed that he was never made, It seemed like a key figure to have in the opening lineup.
On top of that, making limited runs and not refreshing the stock made sure I was never able to get what I wanted and I suspect I'm not the only one with that problem. I'll keep an eye on what they do but if they stick with the business model they are currently using I doubt I could support it.
I don't remember this line? did they have a cartoon?
No cartoon show but there were comics and a video game.
Was hoping the announcement was going to be that they're scaling them up to 6 inches.
I wish I knew what these were. I would be down for some, but no attachment
For those who are unfamiliar with the line I found an article with a good list of the products, including prototypes that were never made...

New Four Horsemen Power Lords Figures Pre-Orders Start Soon - The Toyark - News

Power Lords were cool back in the day, but from reading these comments, this sounds like a line/company that I have no interest in supporting. Treat your customers like shit and it'll come back to bite you on the ass, guys.
Hope they can tool up a new Adam Power/Lord Power to take advantage the added articulation. I love the "power" (heh) armour but I'd like to see improved versions of the original two figures as well.

Also, just for fun, Power Lords fan art:

I've never heard of these and the designs don't really do anything for me. I wish I liked them better because I want to support 4". I'm afraid this will fail and put 4H off of 4" scale in the future.
Got my pre-orders in for the Troopers. As much as I appreciate the nostalgia for 80s Power Lords and the work they've done on the aliens, I just can't get into em full on. So troopers only here.
I know it's damned if you do, but I would really love all these in 6 inch scale. Those 2 ups look amazing in person.
My Power Lords Club number doesn't work in the coupon code area and I can't seem to get anyone from the Four Horsemen to respond to this issue. Anyone else having this issue?
The Light Guardian looks like a Combine Overwatch Elite.

As a 4 inch figure collector - the space themed/suited heroes & villians in this Power Lords hase me VERY interested in pre-ordering at least 3 of them. But reading about peoples past experiences, I will likely hold off and wait ! As for companies which promised but never delivered - been there, done that, got the T-shirt and snowglobe! The best launches I was happy to be part of were the "Marauder Task Force" (Marauder Gun Runners) & also "Boss Fight Studio" Kickstarts - they show preliminary designs, then prototypes. The delivery dates did move a bit but they had my confidence & both groups delivered a beautiful series of figures. I highly recommend people jumping on the current 'Marauder Gun Runners' Kickstart which includes more 4 inch scale figures eg: K9 Dog Unit plus an EXO-SKELETON (POWER-SUIT) that fits their 4 inch MTF figures (their Kickstart closes end Sept 2017)!
Marauder is awesome. They're totally transparent with their backers/customers, they always deliver the goods (which are always super high-quality), and their customer service is simply the best. There's no company I can think of that's more worthy of your support.
I kinda want these to complete my collection, but asking me for so much cash at once in an "all or nothing" venture is little too much. I don't like being hard sold.
Are you using the number on your member card or the one emailed to members?
I used the emailed number initially because that's what I'd used on every previous order, but apparently the card number is what is needed. Worked fine with the card number.
I believed I tried both. I'll give it one more try. But honestly, after not getting any response regarding my several emails to them about this, its really turned me off about giving them my money. Thanks for your help.
