Star Wars The Last Jedi Toys Out in Panama

Posted on July 30, 2017 at 11:02 am by Tony_Bacala under Star Wars Toy News

Thanks to Instagram user swrogue507, we have a look at some new Star Wars Episode VIII The Last Jedi toys. These are 5 PoA 3.75 Inch main line figures and vehicles. They were found at a Steven’s department store in Panama. Included are…

Resistance Gunner Paige
C-3PO
Chewbacca (with little buddy)
General Hux
Kylo Ren (unmasked)
Rey (Jedi Training)
Finn
Resistance Tech Rose
Poe Dameron (Pilot)
Luke Skywalker
First Order Stormtrooper
Vehicle: Resistance Ski Speeder with Poe Dameron

Also of note, on the back of the box we see Kylo Ren with a mask as well.

All of these seem to come with a new play pattern called Force Link, which has a watch like item that interacts with the figures when close. Expect this and more to drop on September 1st during the official Force Friday launch of Episode VIII toys!

Read on to check out all the pics!

The real question is, will we ever see these? The pegs at my local stores are still stuffed with Episode 7 and Rogue 1 items that they just can't seem to get rid of, especially on the Black Series end. Row after row of Zuvios, unmasked Kylo Rens, and Jyn...

Most of the stores around me are clearancing the old stuff.

All of The Force Awakens 3.75" 5 poa figures around me flew off shelves. Rogue One not as fast, but TFA would sell out in days sometimes!!!

I am ALL over these. I have been wondering if the Stormtroopers would be available again as my son and I want a large army. We will ONLY buy ones we actually find in a real brick and mortar store. We were always on the lookout and manages to build 11 of them. Without question, we will once again buy all that we see.

Overall LOVE the look. We are 3.75" purists, however... we don't have ANY otherbStarbWars figures except for the TFA ones so the 5 poa does not bother me one bit. It is the PURE thrill of the hunt with this line. CAPTAIN (?) Poe Dameron wow, the Luke - obviously, Rey, looks REALLY nice. Several others are a go as well and some passes.

I did notice there were no goofy aliens that could peg warm. Perhaps a wait and see tactic this time. Lastly, with the high quality sculpting and near flawless paint apps on this line, I really never notice that they are only 5 poa to be honest. The just sort of stand there and look nice, and I am OK with that.

The pack-in accessory seems like something people would use this time.

A couple of these look pretty good but, I've actually put away all my 3.75 SW figures and won't be buying anymore because I got tired of how unstable they stand.

Awww, Chewbacca comes with a Porg. I don't get why some people are already hating on those little things, as long as they strictly serve as cute animals they're good in my book.

I really dig this assortment and love that there is a good number of female characters available. I am in for all the new characters love that Luke and the resistance gunner also stoked for Rey's new look. Once I have those I will look to getting the updates of TFA figures I already have for the carded collection. I too am happy to add more Stormtroooers to the ranks as well.

I have a bad feeling about this!^^ Not the toys. The movie itself, because the director is Ryan Johnson. One more reason? Ok, watch his movie Looper! I felt in sleep while watching Looper.

Same here. So much Star Wars figures in stores that you can build up a whole City from its material.^^

I don't know about that. Every store in my area (Walmart, Target, Toys R Us, local grocery stores, etc.) that carries the 3.75" Star Wars stuff is flooded with Goss Toowers and Hassk Thug figures. They've all had to put them on major clearance and they're still pegwarming hard. Every figure is different in demand but these aliens clearly had none in my area.

    1. Nope I do not own any other 3.75" Star Wars figures, just loads of Marvel 3.75"... I collect with my son. I personally had nearly every Star Wars figure as a kid and was a completionist with Joe up until early 90's when everything went neon colours. Also, by purists, at least here on the threads I frequent on Toy Ark; purist refers to collecting a single scale. He has a large collection of World Peace Keepers and Chap Mei 3.75" as well as the unofficial worlds largest 3.75" HYDRA army.

    2. They do in my area also. Hard. Going by what most others say, I have reason to believe them that they do there in their area too. Apparently HASBRO thinks so as well because there weren't any in the first wave. Not to say more won't come soon. And if you noticed I NEVER said aliens peg warm...... I said goofy aliens peg warm. The cool ones with screen time or just a bad ass look to them get bought. The "goofy" short or hairy or not very 'cool' looking ones that got little or even no screen time hung around forever.

    3. Every one I have seen looks good to me. Perhaps we are lucky here in the UK but the ones I have gotten seem legit to me. Granted, I am not a study every detail collector...Just see one, grab one, go home, rip it open.

I wasn't looking for an endless debate or a reason to justify my thoughts. I was simply offering my opinion. Sorry if differs from yours.

It has grown quite a bit since then...but here is about 2/3 of the First Order
(3 more Stormtroopers, 4 more pilots for use as gunners, 5 Snowtroopers and working on custom officers from HUX figures. Plus two Snowspeeders)

I'm guessing something similar to their RO AT-ACT with smart phone controlled app. I am even more excited about 8 than I was about 7.

Force Friday 2 is in three weeks and change!!!!!

Idk seems like they are abandoning the app stuff this time.
Even the force link gimmick is a separate wrist thing you buy that interacts with chips in the figures and vehicles.

And maybe a late box set like we got with Maz for TFA and the RO one with Saw. So if we don't see the important but small role character there may be another shot. Alongside another Rey and Fin of coarse.

Well done!!! First pics I have seen of it. I don't go around too many toy sites or pages though, and TA isn't really known for Star Wars stuff.

I don't know why it would cost more than the Millennium Falcon did though. Who and what is that red guy on top!?!?!?!?! Wonder if we see Smoke enough to get a figure or if he will be like Like this time?

Force Friday II is only days away now....
