Next up in our look at S.H. Figuarts Street Fighter galleries is none other than Ryu! A classic gaming character in a classic look, Ryu can fill your shelf regardless of what era of Street Fighter you’re into. Based on Street Fighter V, he still dons his white gi, red gloves and head band and comes with a blue Hadouken energy ball ready to knock out his opponents. Today we’ll be taking a look at Ryu courtesy of The Toy Source! Read on to check out over 70 HD images, HADOUKEN!

Overall
Woah. So, I was impressed with Chun-Li as I said yesterday. Ryu is that x 10. I saw these things in person 3 times, and online countless times before getting my hands on them and I was just flat about them. Getting them in hand really changed that up, and Ryu especially. He can pose into almost any move you can think of. His center of gravity works, holding those poses. It has just the right amount of accessories – alt faces, alt hands, energy blast. The backdrops are cool, but as I said in the Chun-Li review, the splitting across 2 pieces stinks. The only negative figure wise, and it’s small, is I’d prefer a bit more range in the knees. It’s close to a 90 degree angle max at hip and knee, so he could use a little more for those extended kicks and jump moves.
Bottom line, pure winner. Definitely worth a pick up!
