An early sketch and description of Cthulhu by Lovecraft features a rubbery body with bat-like wings and has inspired countless artists to create their versions of the “Deep One.” Here, Cthulhu is interpreted by sculptor Shinya Akao (HEADLONG) as the awed God but in the innocent body of a baby! Baby Cthulhu Coming From Gecco
Not into Cthulhu, but this strikes me as well done. Wish we could get something similar with other characters in a similar seated position.
