Mattel's Wonder Woman Toys Get Revealed - The Toyark - News

Interesting. I don't collect Barbies, but the Diana and Steve set is kinda tempting. Steve kinda reminds me of a GIJoe I had growing up.
Also, I think we've kown since NYCC last year that there would be a wave of Multiverse figures, plus that leak not too long ago, so we definitely know there's more to the line.
Can't wait to see the rest of the offerings. Right now these look great, but I was hoping for a more widespread approach as opposed to attempted gendered targeting of the lines.
The role play toys are awesome though! Those are perfect! That's a great start! And if there are Multiverse figures, that's a great thing too!
Still wish there was a 4'' line though. With how much focus it has on history and WWI, I would have thought they'd cater a little bit to the 1:18th scale crowd to at least throw them a bone of Diana in her wonder woman suit for them to have in their military Dios if they are superhero fans. That scene in the trailer with her holding the shield would be epic to see in that scale to recreate. So something Highly-poseable too.
Keeping my fingers crossed they try to do that as a freebie with a collector's version of the home media release. Like a throwback to the DC animated movies that did that with full on figures before they switched to statues.
That being said though. Those are magnificent renditions of the characters still. I hope they fly off shelves as fast as Diana herself!

That said I really like that Wonder Women with shield and sword 11" figure! It looks like the same buck as She Ra last year. Isn't it? I'll buy that for 19.99 for women superhero collection
CCC.
Those horses look very... unarticulated.
That said, I don't collect Barbies and I don't have daughters, but if I do, I would gladly buy these for my daughters as these are more "action figures" than "fashion dolls". And they do look good!

Man I really miss the Multiverse line before they tanked it with 6 inch figures. But at least there's some stuff here I can get my niece if she wants it.
I... I know that... Like I said, I had one as a kid. Still have him around here somehwere, just... missing most of his accesories.
ummm... ok... not really sure what the rest of this has to do with my post...
There's nothing wrong with liking action dolls^^.
Oh, I just want to mention the lasest devolpment of the new action dolls Barbies
Still Mattel mostly makes girl toys and better at maintaining them. Hot Wheels are just small Die Cast car toys, not that really hard to desgin or make.
It's sounds like you feeling bad for owning one or liking it:/. Sorry, it's sometimes hard to understand the context when you can't hear the tone of how things were said.
