Marvel Legends Spider-Man: Homecoming Figures

Wow, those are... horrible looking. Except for the web wings, I'm quite disappointed. I thought the list said it was going to be 2 movie figures and 5 comic figures? I really hope this isn't the only Spider-Man wave we get this year.
Interesting how the two-pack looks, but it is just 2/3 of the Civil War 3 Pack with repaint and updated Spidey logo, which is good.
I love how the home-made suit looks. Reminds me a bit of Scarlet Spider, but reverse color scheme and more realistic.
The web-winged suit looks nice, with alternate head sculpt and all, but I question how the web-wings will work. Will they be removable? Or will they be the more recent Black Bolt-style wings where they are attached at the arms and will only look proper in the right pose. I also hope that version comes with alternative hands, since we have yet to see the Stark Spidey suit come with alternate hands.
Like the set and will be keeping an eye out for sure!
Also just noticed the Iron Man paint scheme is Ultimates inspired, which is a nice nod to the Ultimates/Avengers playing a significant role in Ultimate Spider-Man's story.
this wave is looking good for my wallet so far , majority of these are ones i dont want , and the BAF isn't a must for me, i might get the comic versions varying on the characters, in the line, so glad i waited , just got to wait a little bit longer for NYTF then we shall see.
This is an interesting wave, if this is in fact all that will be released. Probably the first all movie ML wave we've had in a long time, if not ever. I doubt anybody has the answer to these questions yet, but I'm curious if Vulture will be sold as a separate figure and the BAF pieces are just his wings or will it be a Jubilee situation where we still need separate pieces for a regular sized figure? I also wonder if the two pack will come with BAF parts. I like the deco on Iron Man. Very Ultimate looking.
Iron Man only being in a two-pack, eh? Is this a case similar to the rights issues that kept Spidey in combo packs in Civil War? That Avengers characters can't be released for the toy lines based on Sony movies unless it's in a combo pack?
Ultimates Iron Man deco?
Yuck
I have to imagine that the web wings are removable on the single carded Spider-Man. I really hope there are multiple hands included. I’m glad the Iron Man repaint is in a multipack and not taking up space in the wave. I don’t know yet if I will assemble the full Vulture wing pack, but I do know that I wouldn’t want to need to buy that Iron Man to complete it. I assume the other half of the wave will be comic based, I hope those figures are revealed at TF.
In the first Iron Man movie Tony makes a point of building his armor from a gold alloy for its efficiency, so movie armors with so much silver/gunmetal don't look right. Even if he just painted it that color, the Ultimates color ratios are ugly.
These are okay. That ultimate scheme armor i kinda like, ffor some reason that armor ( civil war one ) works well but i never cared for the first ultimate look much. It works on this suit but its like i love and hate it.
All were missing is ANOTHER Captain America, and the line is complete...
I'm gonna have to buy that homemade Spider-Man figure because it looks so much like classic Scarlet Spider. Other than that, these aren't must-buys to me. The nod to Ultimate Iron Man is pretty nice though.
I would have rather head a Tony Stark figure than that Iron Man.....but the line itself is looking rather nice. This would be perfect in my mind....
1. Webbed Spiderman
2. Homemade Spiderman
3. Vulture
4. Spider-Noir
5. Classic Vulture
6. Mysterio
7. Tinkerer (comic)

Movie based line is a huge pass for me. Vulture looks more like a Hal Jordan test pilot. Ill wait to see what the comic versions will be. Hoping we get classic 80s Beetle.
On the Toy side. Hasbro has the master license for figures(except construction toys!). The sony deal doesn't impact this. Only toy marketing does. An ironman/spidey two pack during a movie that has them both is smart marketing, and leaves room open in the Legends line without having to do yet another Ironman repaint.
So let's stop with that false narrative of the toys are impacted by the Sony Marvel deal. Hasbro had the rights for this spider-man's film line for a while, and that includes all characters in it.
Civil War only had a multipack legends figure because there was no point in wasting the budget on a new sculpt single carded with Homecoming this close(where the whole budget is dedicated to spider-man). The same as there's no point in wasting budget on a new ironman figure or even a slot for him in a legends wave this close to Infinity war and this close to after Civil War.
It's marketing, plain and simple. The multi-packs will sell because of being the two stars of the movie paired together, but single carded is more collector-centric and collector's will pass on Ironman whereas parents and other adults may not because it's perfect gift fodder for kids from how high profile the two pack is.
Actor/Actress likeness rights are a different concern. Usually masked characters can semi-sorta side-step that, but even so, that's a per character basis not as a line as a whole.
There is no 'forced separation' of lines on spider-man to avengers on the studio side. It's strictly on the toy marketing side.
