Forbidden Planet, one of the UK’s leading comic and collectibles stores, has signed a new deal with 343 Industries. The deal will allow Forbidden Planet to sell an exclusive range of Halo collectibles, including action figures, prop replicas, apparel and more to fans in the UK. The licensing deal kicks off with products based on the upcoming Halo Wars 2, with a special launch event planned for the Forbidden Planet Megastore in London.
“We’re looking forward to a close licensing and retailer partnership with Micorsoft and 343 Industries, commencing with the launch of products tied to the much awaited Halo Wars 2.”
John Friend, head of consumer products at 343 Industries, added: “Forbidden Planet stores are the best place to find great sci-fi and pop culture collectables, clothing and books in the UK.
“We are big fans and thrilled that the UNSC and Banished will be building bases there for the launch of Halo Wars 2 and beyond.”

Forbidden Planet Signs Deal To Produce Exclusive Halo Collectibles
Nice! (When I think about Halo all I can think of are the game fails xD) Seriously though I think Halo does have a market especially for fans and I do enjoy watching the gameplay!
YESSS!!! Now even more reason to go to London FP more often! And it's great us UK fans are being supported, as well. After all, it is a UK company making the game.
Ooh! Colour me intrigued!
anything but yay .. FP is expensive , okay yeah i guess some comic book stores are in the US.
They dont know what a sale is, i saw a marvel legends figure going for like £10 for about 3-4 months as soon as the sale hits it didnt even go down.
If there even was a sale the extra £5.50 postage would hit ya hard. imagine going in and seeing a marvel legends figure and you're like yay sweet £15.00 for X figure. Then you come to the checkout online and its like hey its now £20.50... dont really save much at all, better getting it off ebay sometimes. avg ML over here was £22.99 now its like £25.99 + postage is nearly £30.00
i hear you ask already "why not walk in the store then?". Well they still add the postage to it, yh so if you see a figure online going for £25, go to the store might be £30 , its like im being charged to walk to the store!
They aren't a reasonable store, try to avoid them if you can, as seeing these are exclusives , it might be better off on ebay.
