I hope it's not just a semi-movable statue like their Gears of War lines

    Very much this.
Twelve points of articulation isn't a terribly impressive number, I was selfishly hoping someone like NECA would get the Mass Effect figure license.

Too bad that's probably exactly what it'll be. Every Color Tops figure so far plays by the ol' McFarlane standard of staction figures so I doubt they'd make the exception for Mass Effect. Limited articulation is the name of the game, most of which is rendered useless by poor placement so as soon as it's moved it breaks the look or isn't even really able to move. Honestly though I'm okay with it so far. I got Spawn, JD, and Kait from this line and I like them for what they are, you just gotta be okay with knowing that what they are doesn't leave a lot of options for display.

I am not a fan of McFarlane but I will get these, I just hope they don't fold the line after a half dozen figures and leave us without most of the squad members like Play Arts did.

Me too, I'd love NECA to get the Mass Effect (and Dragon Age) licenses.

Shiiit I wouldn't be surprised if they only do these two.

There are a lot of games I wish NECA would do (or revisit) but Overwatch is my number one right now and it is technically within their reach if Blizzard offers it up.

Me neither, and its not a great sign that we get maleRyder in March and have to wait for August for femRyder. Co-protagonists, no excuse not to have them out at the same time. If we have to wait five months for a protagonist how are they going to be producing figures for a dozen or so squad mates and major supporting characters.

I'm hoping they might at least get Tracer out through the HotS storm line but a dedicated Overwatch line would be great as well.

Is this right? It was March for Scott and August for Ryder now June for both?

Edit: BBTS has them both for July now?

That's the date listed on both of their McFarlane product pages currently, which were recently updated.

They look pretty good and actually appear to be decently articulated. Hopefully they have figures of some of the aliens in the works.

Anyone else bothered by the glaring mistake that Scott and Sara Ryder aren't N7? Is anyone at McFarlane paying attention?
