Today we’re taking a look at the third Wave 1 Multiverse Collection Diorama from Extreme Sets, The Dojo Pop Up. Like the Deranged Alley and Sewer we checked out earlier in the week, The Dojo set features 6 panels that can be combined in different configurations to act as a continuous backdrop on a shelf or folded to show corners of a room in photography set ups. This piece works perfectly for anything martial arts related – Street Fighter, G.I. Joe Ninjas, Bruce Lee Figuarts, Dragonball Z, Various Marvel and DC fighters, you name it. If you zoom in close you can even use it as a generic old time Asian house or temple since that paneling was common. Read on to check out some additional thoughts and over 40 shots!

Overall Thoughts
For details and thoughts on the system as a whole, check out our Deranged Alley shoot. Re: the Dojo Pop Up – Another cool piece. I can see this being pulled out for photo shoots over time, as new fighters come out like Iron Fist or Street Fighter characters, etc. It’s another specific use scenario like the Sewer, where it won’t work for everything, but when it does fit, it’s awesome. If you have a large martial arts oriented collection on a shelf by itself, then this would be great as a wrapping backdrop for sure. And again, having multiple environments available is best case for toy shooters, as you never know where your creative lens is going to take you!

These are awesome! I was definitely one of those Instagram people
I too own the Deranged Alley set. I really enjoy these, but yeah the banding kinda sucks. You only see it on solid areas or when the lighting is real bright. I have had success with using lights on the sides or above, not so much with direct(front)lighting.
I'm really looking forward to the Abandoned House set. Looks like a perfect background for Horror, especially Resident Evil!

Oh wow, the Control Center is pretty much the Ark set that the SDCC Dinobots came in.
Those are absolutely superb, I think I need them in my life.
Sewer Pop Up is online. I used this in the SHF TMNT set before but this has more shots.

The beauty I perceive in toy photography is best expressed on a scale of how many swear words they make me inexplicably shout.
And those newest photos are a quadruple F Bomb plus.
That sewer would be good for Croc or Lizard.

Which Turtles are those in the photos?
I really do want the Transformers set, but as a primarily MP collector, I'd want them to be taller like you said in the first review. Ultra Magnus probably is as tall as them. I kinda think it'd be awesome if you had a full G1 toy crew, that's probably the perfect height for them.

While the action photography is truly amazing, I really wish they'd gotten some more "Nuts & Bolts" shots on this sewer set. I loved the picture in the Deranged Alley review that had multiple scale figures in front of the panels. Helped me gauge the size of it so much better. I'm primarily a 1:18 collector, and was considering this set as "fudge-able" to my scale, but can't really tell from these photos.
Has anybody heard if they have any down-sizing plans? I would buy the heck out of these at 2/3 their size.
I'm beyond excited for the "Command Station" and "Nela Laevel 06" sets though, those look like they will work fantastically for my purposes as is.
Ask and you shall receive.

Oooh! That's hugely helpful, Thank you!
4" look a little small, may be a deal breaker at that price.

These are amazing
Anyone know what head is Vegeta using in this figure facing Goku?!?!!
I'm working on the Sector 09 set (sci-fi themed). Here are a few teasers of what it looks like in action.
