NECA Batman Returns Mayoral Penguin Figure On Ebay and Amazon

The Batman Returns 1/4 Scale Mayoral Penguin is now available from the NECA Ebay Store and the NECA Amazon Store. The figure is available now, weeks before it will begin to hit retailers.
