Sideshow Avengers Assemble Captain America Statue Pre-Order

The new Avengers Assemble Captain America Statue by Sideshow Collectibles is now available for pre-order. Captain America joins the Iron Man Statue, which was posted back at the beginning of the month. The statue will stand at 15″ tall and will have a themed base. The Sideshow Exclusive version will have an interchangeable Silver Age Captain America head sculpt. Here are the details from Sideshow:

Captain America’s costume features blue scale mail armor with a bold white star emblazoned on the chest. Each detail down to the texture has been beautifully rendered, from his contrasting red and white striped undershirt to the rich red leather of his boots and gloves.

His modified army-issue belt with its multiple pouches gives a nod toward his military service, while his helmet/mask protects his head and face as well as his identity!

This striking statue shows the all-American super soldier standing proudly atop a craggy rock base, a look of grim determination on his face and his vibranium shield raised and ready for action: to protect both him and his allies from incoming gunfire, or to be brought into action as a giant discus – hurled into the fray with devastating effect!
