NECA has posted up an articulation breakdown for an upcoming Alien figure. the new figure is based on the, mostly, unused Bambi Burster Alien. This Alien, originally cut from the film, is the younger form of the Runner Alien (aka the Dog Alien). The original intent was for the Xenomorph to be born from an Ox, and to emerge in a much more mature state than the Chestbursters we had seen in Alien and Aliens. The scene involving the Bambi Burster Alien was restored in the Alien 3 Assembly Cut. The new figure, which will be seen in an upcoming Aliens assortment, features articulation that will rival the fan favorite Dog Alien figure.

I wonder if this will be a part of the Alien 3 creature pack Randy was talking about a while ago. Again I'll say that I think the dog being the host makes more sense than an ox with what we get as the final creature but that's besides the point.
