Super 7 MOTU Curse of the Three Terrors Figures Revealed

Is it me or are those supremely awful?
ain't just you
Its not you bro the sculpts are horrendous! Who the fuck ok'd these? I get thar they are classic 1980s style, I'm ok with that. I GREW UP with these in toy stores on pegs. But the detail is worse then a Chinese 1 knock off maybe the cartoon will give these some sense but god help the MOTU fans if this is the type of sculpting thar will happen when 4Horsemen don't sculpt theirs (bc I assume they are not doing these so it lets hope this doesnt show what kinda sculpts they do when 4Horsemen aren't sculpting one of their products)
These are perfect for people wanting to add new things into their vintage MOTU collections. If they were as detailed as modern figures, then they wouldn't fit in perfectly with those old action figures. These are perfect for what they are and the monsters remind me of the old Remco knockoffs. Never thought I would see new official vintage style MOTU.
They really need to use that Skeletor body to make a Horde Mummy. That I'd buy.
I get what they're going for, but I wouldn't buy these any more than I would buy brand new GI Joes using vintage ARAH bodies. These dinos had their time and nature selected them for extinction.
Almost everyone here has missed the point, don't worry these aren't intended for your tastes.
I had no idea about the new animation. That's awesome! Looking forward to checking that out. The figures aren't for me but I like what they were going for.
Super 7 Vintage Style MOTU Curse of the Three Terrors Figures Now Available - The Toyark - News

These are cool in a vintage nostalgia kind of way. However, I'm shocked that SUPER7 hasn't jumped right into re-releasing the Filmation He-Man and Skeletor. The He-Man especially is unaffordable at this point. Hope we don't have to wait too long. I feel like the Vintage MOTU haven't been selling very well as the older SUPER7 protos are selling for liquidated prices.
