DC Collectibles Capullo Designer Series figures have been some of the best DC action figures produced – if not in recent times then ever. 7 Inch scale, above average articulation, bulky sculpts with detail, great paint. The only thing off-putting (to some) is the artistic take on the faces, meant to capture the art style of Greg Capullo, artist during the New 52 era and arguably one of the greatest Batman runs in the comics. The line proved so popular that they’ve extended it beyond the initial 12. End Game Joker begins the second wave, he’ll be joined by Wonder Woman, Flash, Survival Gear Batman, and a Jim Gordan Batman / GCPD Mech 2 pack. We’re taking a look at End Game Joker today, so head on in to see him go head to head with Batman courtesy of Entertainment Earth!

DC Collectibles Capullo Designer Series End Game Joker
Pros
Two awesome head sculpts
Paint on both heads are layered, detailed and cleanly applied
Perfect accessories (bang gun and axe)
Cons
Limited articulation in the hips and shoulders
Overall
Overall another great offering from the Capullo series. This Joker is taking top spot as the alpha Joker on my shelves, as the Batman did before that. Handling another one from the series makes me a bit sad that the primary style for an all purpose line from DCC was Icons. I think base figures with this style, complexity, paint, heft – mixed with non-artistic heads would be a perfect way to go for an “All Eras” line. I’ll however take what I can get and rock these as long as they keep making them. Definitely worth a pick up!
First up - End Game Joker:

Wow. That is a fantastic Joker! The damaged head is absolutely perfect. I love the Capullo line and I hope they keep it going.
I was fine with the sculpt of Harvey, but the paint could have been done better to bring out the eye.
Well Zero Year Batman is now Available for purchase. Everything is removable except his damn Crossbow. WTH!!!!! Total Pass!!!!
Flash and Wonder Woman are up!

I've seen this Capullo Flash so many times recently on the shelves at retail, and I almost pick it up every time. I love the face and body sculpt, but I just can't get over the fact that he doesn't come with any interchangeable hands. At least the open-palmed running hands, I mean come on DC, WTF!? It'd be like Hasbro packing a Spider-Man Marvel Legends fig without a pair of thwiping hands to swap out the default fists for. I just can't get past it enough to actually buy the figure.
I agree with you about the 'surprised Italian grandma' look too. It really seems like both the Icons and Designer Series lines struggle massively to put out a decent Amazonian Princess. With Marvel Legends pumping out wave after wave of strong, beautifully crafted female figures with near faultless face sculpts, DC really needs to pick up its game or it's gonna be left behind.
That Joker looks super dope. I am sure this is how it is meant to be but I am not sure how I feel about the Flashes lips being yellow.
agree with everyone Two Face, over did it. I hope they come out with an Icons Two Face.
Survival Gear Bats is up:

I don't care for the mouth on the Capullo Batmen, but I absolutely love the Zero Year figure. I think I need to pick this up.
Man, those thigh cuts really detract from a great figure.

And because I'm silly...

That's a pretty cool looking figure. I know it'll never happen but I'd love to get a Batman Beyond version of the mechsuit. Thought it was awesome when Tim used it to kicked Brother Eye's ass with the black and red colors.
Is the BatGordon stuff any good? It's such a bonkers idea that I'm super intrigued.

The Gordon Bat arc is ok. The stuff before it was so good, and they just wanted to do something different. At the time I was eh, but overall in scope of ongoing Batman lore it's a good addition. I can see it being revisited in other media over time.
Cool I may have to look into it. It's just such an out there idea.
Thanks for the info.
That Blue suit looks Great but it would break all of Batmans forearms and shins where the suit lines up with the elbow and knee joints. Bats would be crippled.
If you look closely there's no way in hell Batman could actually ever fit inside that armor. The waist/thighs/ankles/etc on Batman are as wide if not wider than the corresponding areas on the armor. Couple that with what kenm2474 said about the elbows/knees not lining up and it just looks goofy.
BTW, BatGordon? I'm not up on recent Batman stuff. You're not telling me that Commissioner Gordon is somehow Batman these days, is he?

That's crazy. He's old, how did he get so jacked?
EDIT: The Chins and Jaw Lines are not the same as well.
Yeah, BatGordon sounds like the most retarded storyline ever.
BTW, I was reading a issue of BatGirl of Burnside recently and she teamed up with MechSuit Batman, so Barbara teamed up with daddy and didn't even realize it? lol.
The secret Bruce Wayne didn't want you to know.
I've ben craving for a Mr.Bloom figure since I first saw him in the comics. Reminds me of Spawn's violator! Really have high hopes they announce it next Toyfair.
They could also make other villains as seen in End Game such as Bane, Ivy, Killer Croc, Scarecrow and Penguin.Clayface also had quite a big moment in the comics (love Capullo's rendition) and the Reaper had a nice easter egg (although really short despite the awesome introduction of the character)
Owlman would be nice to have more court of owls characters. Last but not least, I'd love to see any new variant of Batman, wheter it's the new rebirth costume, the Beyond suit, classic unmasked or even the suit Batman had while fighting Clayface!
there's never been an actual age giving to gordon during the synder/capullo series of batman. however based on this, he was supposed to be around his early 40s, even though in older batman comics, as well as the animated series gordon was portrayed as been MUCH older. he was also a former marine in during that arc when they made the Batman armor.
All we need is a Mr. Bloom figure to complement this.
As far as this set up goes, im really wanting it !! might pick it up next time i go to my LCS, depending if their cheaper then BBTS.
