Visionaries Cravex Darkling Lords Photo Shoot

Posted on September 18, 2016 at 10:05 am by DESTRO under Random Photo Shoot

Cravex is a hot tempered irrational lord of evil ready to chop through anyone who crosses him! Represented by the Phylot, an ominous winged beast who scavenges the remains of defeated opponents after battle! His Magical Totem uses the power of fear to freeze the hearts of the Spectral Knights with bone chilling terror! Fear… “O mist-filled pits, dark, dank, unclear, Touch all ‘fore me with frost-fingered fear!”

Check out all the Visionaries Cravex images after the jump.

First up is Cravex of the Darkling Lords who was voiced by Chris Latta in a very Cobra Commander style.

Great shoot. Better than a lot of the 3.75" to 4" figures on shelves these days.

+1. Never had any but always appreciated this series. And yeah, the smaller figures of today are a disgrace in the main. Especially when you see what NECA can do (and scale) for a few £/$ more.

I really really hope we get at least current Marvel Universe Infite level articulation on these. But I'm guessing it will be 5 POA with some sort of smart phone gimmick

Visionaries is set to be relaunched via a Movie and IDW Comic as part of the Hasbro Multiverse. Hasbro renewed the licence with AGE a few years back and the latter were previously working on a live action TV series (similar to Captain Power) but trying to make it more like Vikings (according to the head of AGE).

The show will get another teaser at SDCC this year and we are expecting a 2018 relaunch for the series (depending on how well Revolutions does for IDW).

If you are a Visionaries fan, and especially of the cartoon series, then stay tuned as we are working on a coffee table book hopefully for later this year (or 2018 if it gets delayed). We will share more details with Toyark later in the year once we have more to share.

Eh, he always seemed like a rip off of Miles Mayhem to me.

I like the concept of tech knights and the hologram gimmick but, these guys always seemed a bit bland. I think if Hasbro varied the designs like they did for C.O.P.S., which came out a little after, I would've been interested.

Anybody know how to get their hands on that fan made Visionaries book? I know it was a kickstarter project but I can't find any way to get one now
