Fans looking to spice up their Alien action figure displays have a great new option from NECA. They have released their first “Creature Pack” for the Aliens line to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Aliens. The set contains two light up Stasis Chambers, four Facehuggers (two that are removable from the stasis chambers) and two Chestbursters. The Aliens Creature Pack allows fans to set up their own LV-426 Xenomorph research lab, or easily build up their Alien creature army. The set sells for about $20 and is available now. We grabbed the Creature Pack from Toyark sponsor Big Bad Toy Store and have 50 high resolution photos to check out.

Overall
NECA is no stranger to diorama and accessory releases. Their diorama displays date back to the Cult Classics era. The new Creature Pack, and the upcoming Predator Accessory Pack are more companion sets than actual diorama displays, but include great pieces to start or add to your own dios. This pack comes in a small window box. The contents sit on a plastic tray, held in by a few pieces of tape. A cardboard backdrop is also included. Each of the items can be placed back on the tray easily for storage, or even display as the box itself has a nice large window to showcase the creatures.
The main attraction (for me) from the set are the Stasis Chambers. The set contains two chambers, each with a Facehugger inside. The chambers are constructed of hard plastic. The tubes are a thick clear plastic that are constructed to allow them to be filled with water, adding that extra touch of realism. The tops of the chambers are removable to do this, or if you’d like to remove the Facehuggers inside. The chambers include LED lights (and batteries), which are located in the bottom of the base. The batteries can be easily replaced when their juice runs out. The light itself is pretty strong and features a very blue glow that lights up the Facehugger perfectly. The chambers are well made, and while simple, they look quite good in hand.
The other items included are the actual creatures for the Creature Pack. You get four Facehuggers in total as well as two Chestbursters. We’ve taken a look at the Facehuggers numerous times before. These are essentially the same ones you’d find in the Alien Egg Cartons. The Chestbursters, though, are all new. They are small, but incredibly detailed for their size. They are already blood covered, so you can immediately add them to your own Alien victims. The Chestbursters feature a bendable tale, allowing you to display them on their own. However, on both of mine, the wire on the inside didn’t extend to the end of the tail, and broke through the back end of the tail while posing.
The set as a whole is excellent. The Facehuggers and Chestbursters are easy army builder releases, with the Stasis Chambers adding another option for displaying with the likes of Bishop, Ripley and the Marines. If your a fan of NECA’s Aliens line, then this is a perfect companion release for the figures.

Good pics and review. I picked up one of these sets at TRU and am debating getting at least one more...it's selling well but they seem to be re-stocking it pretty regularly. Everything is very high quality, but the status chambers are the standouts...they're so f'in cool:

Bummer about the wire in the chestburster's tail "bursting" out...good thing I didn't bend the tails much on the ones I have.

This set is really cool. I couldn't done without the two extra facehuggers if they'd have thrown in maybe a couple more chestbursters or an extra tank or something. At this point I'm up to my ears in facehuggers.
One of the two chestbursters had that issue in my set. It wasn't a matter of bending them too much, the wire was popping out at the very tip of the tail the moment I took it out of the packaging.
Those points aside this set is rad as hell and I love those stasis chambers. The only thing holding me back from buying another set is the fact that I don't need so many damn facehuggers and chestbursters lying around.
I have yet to even see the face hugger/egg set at TRU, so it will probalby be a while before they get this in.
So give them to friends and family members.
Yup, looks like the same desk to me.
Now I'm seriously considering buying that E. Nygma just for a dumb table.
I wonder if NECA experimented with making the facehugger limbs wire armature so you could pose them and stick them to the humans of the line's faces.
At any rate, I got one of these coming from TRU-dot-com. For 21 bucks shipped, it was hard to resist.
I think I'll construct either a table or a large WY shipping container(s) from the cheapest supplies available lol. I hate the thought of encouraging Gotham, even as a Batman fan
I'm already thinking a mini plastic container or two would work and be easy to adapt.
The stasis tubes are all kinds of awesome but I don't think I'm going to get one of these just for them.

And I actually like Gotham...
Hard to tell because Twitter is the crappiest medium, but it seems we're getting three (more?) Alien accessory packs. A mixture of creature and items. Give me those sentry guns! Maybe I won't need to make a table lol.
Hybrid chestburster? Host dog? We know we're getting Bambi... Same with Royal Facehugger. Maybe some creatures from Covenant if there's anything new there...
Damn I need the nygma table which one is it??
I feel like the sentry guns would sell like hotcakes. They could get away with just selling the pair of them in one set with the big-ass laptop. Ooh, and removable muzzles flashes!
I got the first pack from TRU. Good stuff. I had underestimated how cool the stasis chambers look filled with water and lit up. The chestbusters are nice, too...good detailing and paint work.
