I hope Kamala Khan/Ms Marvel comes with alternate, normal arms, cheap of them if she doesn't but I am so happy to be getting her. Green Goblin looks nice. The rest I don't care about at all compared to getting Ms M.

Black spider-man & Green Goblin = Gimme Gimme
Mordo, i didnt think he was going to be a movie figure o.O
Dr strange I dunno... wish they gave him comic Dr. strange cape.

But these do look good, the others not really interested , but the ones i want are 2 for the moment, bet that spidey wave will have a BAF i might want as well, we shall see...

Green Goblin looks absolutely incredible! I hope the production figure looks that good! Also excited about Symbiote Spidey! The rest are an easy pass, hopefully we'll get more Jim Lee inspired X-Men, and a classic comic costume Doc Strange.

    Classic Green Goblin? YES!!!!!

    Symbiote Spider-Man!!

Uh... new Miss Marvel... okay... That's cool I guess.

No idea who the ugly white, red, and black Spidey is, but I'll most likely end up with it since the Build a Figure is most likely going to be a character I'll want. Oh, and why is he wearing crocs?

Spidey Britain from Spider-Verse? Ugh, couldn't they give us Noir instead?

And ummmmmmmmm... Ultimate Green Goblin in mid-transformation? Man-Bat Marvel Style? Whatever that thing is, don't care about it either.

Actually, unless the Build a Figure is something I care about, which it probably will be, I only want Goblin and Symbiote Spidey out of this lot.

As for the movie Doctor Strange guys, I'll pass. Baron Mordo is supposed to be white, so I'll wait for a comic accurate toy to get released of him.

The figure in question is the Jackal of the infamous clone story arcs.

    I don't remember him.

BTW, did they seriously just paint a regular Spidey figure black for the symbiote spidey? I can see red joints bleeding through the body.

Regarding the Spidey wave, looks like those rumored lists might have some merit:

    - SPD Symbiote Spider (UPC 630509490523)
    - SPD Jackal (UPC 630509490530)
    - SPD Ms Marvel (UPC 630509490547)
    - SPD All New Spider M (UPC 630509490554)
    - SPD Shocker (UPC 630509490561)
    - SPD Green Goblin (UPC 630509490578)
    - SPD Spider UK (UPC 630509491100)

The only one not shown is Shocker. "All New Spider M" must equal the new Spider-man 2099 design, and not ANAD Spider-man.

Sorry guys, I'm just not feeling this one. This is a pretty weak lineup, considering the strength of the last few waves. I'm happy for the new Miss Marvel figure even though I don't know anything about her, and the Goblin is alright. The Toybiz version was do good, it is hard to beat, although I hope that GG comes with a Norman Osborne head.

Not really liking the super shiny finish on the black Spider-Man, but it'll do. I have no idea who those other Spider-Man are, but at this point, all these strange Spider verse figures are giving me a "Web splashing" or "dog catching" Spider-Man feel from the Spider-Man Classics line. They feel really unnecessary at this point.

Just curious why is Miss Marvel always shown with super huge hands and long arms? Is her power set similar to that of Mr. Fantastic?

Since these are likely hand-painted prototypes and not finished figures, I'd assume that yes, they did. For display purposes. The final figure will probably have fully black plastic/joints

All-New All-Different Spider-Man may have been referring to the ANAD Spider-Man 2099 (the predominantly white-and-red one)

I'm generally inclined to agree on the multiple Spideys front, but at least Spider-UK and Spidey 2099 are still active in titles (at least, when I last checked), so they're relevant enough to make some money on essentially some easy redecos.

Ms. Marvel's power set is size/mass manipulation, which results in a combination of Mr. Fantastic-style stretching and growing/shrinking powers akin to Hank Pym and company. She uses the stretching (and 'embiggening' her fists/feet/whatever) the most when dealing with criminals.

Really with we were getting a Spider Man Noir 6 inch instead of that Britain Spidey. Or even better the Lady Spider Steam punk chick. But PLEASE have a normal Norman head with Goblin. The New 2099 costume grew on me a lot as the comic has progressed, but I think he is going back to the classic 2099 outfit soon in the comics. Now where is Venom 2099, Punisher 2099, and BAF of Ghost Rider 2099???

  20. Dr Kain's Avatar Dr Kain says

I've not read the comics with this new costume as I've only got the ones without it, but now I'm not sure I even want to continue reading the series. That costume is ugly.

I wish these waves were more balanced with classic villains. It seems like most of these waves have been 3/4s brand new characters. Spider-Man has the second biggest selection of rogues in comics and it seems like they haven't even gotten a quarter of them done as they only apper to do like 2 villains per wave. How about doing more of a 50/50 combo with half being new characters and half being classic ones?

Yes, TWO figures out of that entire wave. That's not 50/50. We still have new Ms Marvel, new 2099 Spidey (which is unneccessary right now), new Spidey Britain, and Symbiote Spidey. Did we really need THREE Spideys in this wave?

All I want is to feel like I'm not wasting my $20 away.

The older comic fans (the ones who know the classics) are for the most part not interested in collecting toys/AF, they stick to the books &/or go for high End statues. Action-Figures are for a more younger audience.

considering they dont paint the inner joints of almost EVERY spiderman figure I wouldnt be surprised if they ended up having red bits here and there in this one too.
However, he does have a Scarlett Spidey head so they didnt paint the regular one black xD

anyway, I ll buy it cause its arguably the best symbiote figure out there. not that that says much as the competition is pretty weak....
