Last month, Tamashii Nations revealed an upcoming Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones – SH Figuarts Obi-Wan Kenobi Figure. The image we saw, from Tamashii Feature’s 2016, had the face obscured a bit. At Tokyo Toy Fair, they had the figure on display again. Now we have a much better look at the figure, courtesy of Dengeki Hobby. The figure is scheduled for release in November, so expect pre-orders to pop up soon. Obi-Wan will be priced at 5,940 Yen (about $56 USD).

Where are the OT characters? All I want are the main group. Come on Bandai!!!
I'm surprised they're pumping out this one out over so many other choices.
Were the prequels huge in Japan or something?

Is there anywhere on the internet that's "safe" for Prequel fans? Its been 15+ years; the Prequel trilogy does have a fanbase.
Let. It. Go.
I don't care if they want to release prequel characters, I just want a balance between releases.
Hell, I don't even hate the prequels like other people do. They aren't good movies, but they are sure as hell no where near the franchise ruiner people make it out to be.
Anyway, so far we have had Vader, Storm Trooper, and Luke for OT. For the prequels we have Jango, Mace, two different Obiwans, Clone Trooper, Droid Trooper, and Anakin. Not to mention all of the repaints of the clone troopers.
Each of us has a slightly different experience, watching the same movie, or reading the same book, or whatever...
In the prequel's and this figure's defense Ewan McGregor was pretty great as Obi-Wan. There were three things the prequels consistently did right and those were John Williams' score, the lightsaber battles, and Ewan McGregor. The overall story wasn't bad but the attempt to focus on politics at all was both boring and weak, the romance was plain bad, and Jar Jar is a walking abomination. Anakin was presented as whiny and juvenile which makes it hard to believe he ever becomes Darth Vader. So yeah many fans overdo it with their hatred for the prequels but it's pretty hard to deny that they were a poor offering compared to the OT. They were so poor that when TFA played it safe fans rejoiced.
can i get a list of characters not done? have then done rey/finn?

I'm inclined to side with Dukefett in his speculation that Bandai is probably determined to trot out as many prequel-trilogy figures as possible ASAP before demand fades due to the shift in focus toward Rogue One and the other upcoming spin-offs that will be tied more closely continuity-wise to the Original Trilogy. And I'm itching for an Old Ben (if it's done well) and a Han (if it's done well) and classic Threepio and Artoo.

I think SH is doing what Hasbro's been failing to do with their 6in Black series; and that's give the Prequel-era more love.
We've gotten what-- 4 Prequel characters that aren't Clone troopers? Compared to the half-dozen Lukes, and pointless background characters no one cares about like Constable Zuvio?
Hasbro needs to get certain characters prioritized before falling back on more troopers; of which I never see in stores anyway due to all those army building people snatching them up.
They should seriously re-release Darth Maul (I'm surprised they haven't, they probably know how popular his figure is in the aftermarket), and perhaps Obi-Wan and Anakin with Jedi robes so we don't have to scour eBay for fanmade ones. I'd personally like to see at least one 6in Jar Jar figure released. (say what you will, but I always liked him; TCW especially gave him more depth and room to grow as a character)
