Mattel San Diego Comic-Con 2016 Exclusive DC Multiverse Wonder Woman with Invisible Jet

Posted on June 9, 2016 at 6:37 pm by Joe Moore under DC Toy News, San Diego Comic Con

Just when we thought we had finished, Mattel has revealed yet another San Diego Comic-Con 2016 Exclusive. The latest reveal is a DC Comics Multiverse Wonder Woman with an Invisible Jet. The jet looks to be the packaging for the new figure. Unfortunately, at this time, the link Mattel provided is not functional, so info is scarce. We’ll update the post when the link is working and more details are available.

it'd be awesome to get real ghostbusters versions of their classic ghostbusters molds.. but i really don't expect that to happen.

I would like a Real GB set or a Peoplebusters set with the heads being clear green or Glow in the dark plastic.

The Monster High ones have already been revealed. A Frankie in Ghostbusters outfit and 2 pack of Robecca Steam and her Father.

She ra.....Taking bets on it being the Pink version of Swiftwind???

The She-Ra exclusive looks to be a She-Ra Barbie based on their previous teases.

I wonder what the Thundercats one will be, considering the subscription hasn't even started yet. Mattycollector can be so confusing and difficult at times. I'm signed up for the Thundercats but apparently it won't start till Deceember so how can I get the SDCC exclusive. We will see I guess. Four Horsemen said it would be something special and a must have so I wonder what it will be?

Young Lion-O with Snarf perhaps? Maybe non-ghost Jaga thrown in?

Perhaps, or it could be one of the two left over figures that were supposed to be released with the regular subscription. My sub starts in December because I choose to ship everything at once. I'm still hyped about it. It just sucks and I don't see how they are gonna do it.

It's probably Halo Mega Bloks exclusives, they didn't actually buy the rights to make Halo figures as far as I know.

Actually, they did. Mattel is taking over Halo figures, announced at Toy Fair.

Have you ever been to a store where they wanted your zip code or phone number and wondered why? Years ago when they first started doing this a checker at TRU ask for my zip code. I asked her why. She said it was to determine where their customers were so they would know where to build new stores. I said you need to work on fixing and maintaining the stores you have.

This applies to Mattel as well.

The reason they ask for your phone number is that they use it to build a marketing profile. They use it internally and sell/share that info to 3rd parties and their marketing partners. Those 3rd parties collect that info from thousands of locations, combine all the data and then sell it themselves.

I don't need those phone calls. That is why I tell them "unlisted,' even though it isn't. As for the ones that do call, if they don't have proper caller ID, I ask for their authorization number, otherwise, it is a legal cease and desist notice: there is a $25 notification and processing fee, your legal debt is now $25. A $100 late fee will be assessed monthly, your consent is automatic.....

Good. Apparently no DCUC items I'd have to stress over and chase down after all. Both relieved and depressed at the same time.

I don't think this is everything. Still a few licenses they announced, but didn't show exclusives for yet.

Sooo... the "DC Universe" unveiling (because, let's face it, "reveal" is a verb, not a noun) is a Wonder Woman doll?

    ...

    ...

    ...really?

You wasted my time and got my hopes up for that, Mattel? Dismissed.

Until I see some 6 inch Four Horsemen style Miss Martians or Vandal Savages you know where the door is and where you shouldn't let it hit you.
