A few weeks ago, at Monsterpalooza, Pop Culture Shock fully revealed their Conan The Barbarian 1/3 Scale Statue. They had the hand the massive painted prototype on display. This week, they shared a new photo of the upcoming Conan statue, which is still pending approval from Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The full reveal of a very exciting statue is coming within the next couple weeks. This has been a labor of love for all of us at PCS as it’s one of our favorite films featuring one of our favorite guys…
While we havent spoken with Arnold personally, when we submitted the final images his management said, “Wow, that’s amazing. Will show it to Arnold but I can’t imagine he will have any changes”
That gave us all a huge grin. So as soon as we have the final go-ahead we will be getting this beauty up for pre-order.

Those are well out of my budget and collecting range but man are they sick looking.
You know a sculptor has done an exemplary job when the finished work evokes a synesthetic response with the viewer. As I gaze upon these statues, Basil Poledouris' battle score thunders triumphantly within my mind. In short, these works are stupendous!
That likeness of Arnie is spot-on. Amazing.
