Marvel Legends Captain America Civil War Nuke Photo Shoot

Posted on April 23, 2016 at 12:04 am by DESTRO under Marvel Toy News, Random Photo Shoot

Nuke is the victim of decades of systematic physical and mental abuse and conditioning at the hands of various individuals working for the United States government. As a result, Nuke is insane. He is now little more than a puppet in the hands of his current handler, and able only to follow issued commands. Nuke is completely schizophrenic and suffering from hallucinations.

Marvel Legends Captain America Civil War Nuke

Pros
Really good head sculpts
Great web gear and weapons
Solid paint

Cons
None

Overall
Nuke is yet another strong showing for the Marvel Legends Civil War wave. Really awesome looking figure all around that does not need a ton of articulation to make him stand out. The weapons and gear are what you would expect to see on a G.I. Joe and I like that a lot. Another figure that all collectors should add to the list.

I'm limiting my legends collecting to just the iron man/war machine movie worn armors.. So, I'll be picking this up.

No group shot with mark III, mark V, mark VI, mark XLII, and mark XLIII? Bummer.

I still wish they had given us a mark 45.

Hoping I can find Black Panther. He is one of the new characters that I am most excited about in Civil War. Just need him and Fury to complete my Giant AntMan.

The unmasked head really is the selling point for me, cause IMO the Figuarts body, logically, looks better.
But I'm pretty sure it will be easier to find the Figuarts in my country.

Black Panther looks really good for a ML figure. Love that it includes the unmasked head sculpt. Great shoot my man.

Man, I am so torn on this IM. The figure looks way better than the AoU one and I like the accessories, but from what it sounds likes, the articulation is inferior and the toy overall is not as good as the AoU one.

This is the only must buy from the wave. Sucks that yours has a giant black dot on his forehead.

Oh, Nick Fury might we worth getting, but I haven't decided yet.

Great photo shoot! This is easily my favorite figure in the line. I agree about the unmasked head sculpt as well, huge selling point for the figure. Amazing that the higher end figure companies probably won't include this. I've always been a fan of the character so it's gonna be awesome seeing him on the big screen. Can't wait for CIVIL WAR! Now if only we could get a Crossbones ML figure.

What's with all the bright colored Star Trek looking guns that Hasbro is making for the Legends figures? They don't do this with the Star Wars series. Is it to make the guns very unrealistic?

Perhaps he means the movie Crossbones. I'm really hoping the movie does Crossbones justice, I thought he was handled well in the Winter Soldier but that was just Brock Rumlow not yet Crossbones.
