NECA has revealed an all new 1/4 scale figure. Horror fans have been requesting new 1/4 scale Freddy figures from NECA for some time now, and we finally have our first look at a new figure. They have posted a preview photo of the A Nightmare On Elm Street 2: Freddy’s Revenge 1/4 Scale Freddy Krueger Figure. The figure should stand about 18″ tall and will be fully articulated. We’ll share further photos and details as they become available.

Huh, I figure if you're not gonna make a new 1/4 scale for the first movie then the third movie would be the go to look for a figure. I would feel safe in assuming that a 1/4 scale update on the original or third is likely down the line since so much can be recycled.
