Yesterday, we shared new photos of the DC Collectibles Suicide Squad Boomerang Statue. Now, they have posted up new detailed images of their upcoming Suicide Squad Deadshot Statue. We saw this fantastic statue back at Toy Fair 2016. It will include interchangeable masked and unmasked head sculpts. It will stand at 12″ tall and will sell for $155.
In the film, Deadshot is portrayed by actor Will Smith. Trailers show him to be one of the few level-headed members of the Suicide Squad. Chances are, he’ll be one of the few who can keep the other members in line during the missions. Look for the statue to be released in July. You can see the new photos by reading on.
Suicide Squad Movie Statues by DC Collectibles

these look really good, Harley, Katana and Joker especially.
I like Katana, Boomerang, and Croc. I hope the movie has as much personality as these statues.
Katana looks cool, wonder how much screen time she gets though.
I'm confused...I was always under impression that Katana was a good guy? What is she doing on this team?
She's on the team in the current comics if I'm not mistaken but from what I've read of the movie she's Flagg's bodyguard/back-up or something.
She could also be undercover for Batman or something. The statues look amazing btw. Guess I'm in the minority but I'm really looking forward to this one.
However do to Batman's appearance, 4 of his rogue's involvement(3 directly on the team), Katana's typical connections with Batman in the comic
and Batman's general suspicion and spying behavior
It is likely she is just undercover for Batman.
Thanks for the responses. I figured that she was on the team because of her sword, since it contains souls, that it might have driven her crazy or something. I thought that would have been a lousy way to shoe-horn the character into the film of that was the case. I'm assuming then that Flagg is a good guy as well, working to keep the squad under control?
I like the actress they picked for her this time around. The one from Arrow always looked too sickly and scrawny to me.
Yeah but she was great in The Wolverine though.
As for Flagg all I know about him is from JLU and he wasn't really good or bad. He just followed Waller's orders. No idea what he'll be like in the movie. Seemed like the only "good" guy in the trailer though. He'll more than likely be the straight man to all the villains.
Why is Killer Croc wearing so much clothing?!?!?! Also does anyone actually like the Joker look? I can totally imagine Leto being a great comic Joker but with the tattoos, missing eyebrows, and the grill it completely kills it for me.
Indeed. There was a Photoshopped image of him with all the goofy crap removed and it looked so much better. I get they wanted something the total opposite of Leger but this was a bit much.
As for Croc he looks fine to me. Hell of a lot better than the Arkham Asylum/Knight versions at least.
Yeah Origins Croc was awesome. I never liked how big Asylum Croc was. I've always thought he should be big but not like 18ft tall.
Joker looks terrifying, in a bad way. The rest look better in toy form than on screen.
I guess I'm in the minority as well. I think the film is going to do pretty well. I agree with certain style choices being tacky or just wrong but I feel like people that don't follow comics or care are going to eat some of this up. We know and love these characters but this is many people's introduction to them. Despite that, I strongly dislike what they've done with Deadshot. The statue might have been alright had they put his mask on. I love Will, but he is not Deadshot in any way.
And I agree, I too want to see Croc naked.

Im having a hard time getting on board with Croc's look but I am looking forward to the movie.
These look pretty nice. Wouldn't mind picking up Killer Croc and Harley at least.

Really love the look of the statues. Love the look of Leto's Joker. It's different, and fits the chaotic, hyper-psychotic power that his crazy is, in the comics. He looks like he is genuinely enjoying the evil, rather than being a concentrating, planning, scheming homeless Joker that was Ledger's.
Leto's Joker looks like he'd try to copyright smiling fish. The Tattoos are a bit eccentric, but I'm fine with it (I can't complain, I got freakin' transformers on my arms) ... A friend who saw it as a pre-test screening (and was "forced" to sign a NDA) said that if you like the 90's Batman cartoon Joker, you'll like Leto as Joker. The writers really capture that era of Joker with Leto's performance.
