Hiya Toys Packaging Revealed For Aliens Power Loader and Colonial Marines

Packaging photos have been revealed for the upcoming Aliens: Colonial Marines Power Loader Hicks, Hudson and Quintero figures by Hiya Toys. Each of these releases should be shipping out soon.

Power Loader
The Caterpillar P-5000 Powered Work Loader, commonly referred to as a Power Loader, is a commercial mechanized exoskeleton used for lifting heavy materials and objects. As well as widespread industrial use, the P-5000 is heavily employed by the United States Colonial Marine Corps to load ordnance on board their starships. Power Loaders are equipped with hydraulic “claws” that can be used to hold and manipulate a variety of objects.

The Colonial Marines (as well as other groups, including the Iron Bears) also utilized the Exosuit, the military version of the P-5000.[3] Perhaps the most famous use of a Power Loader was when Ellen Ripley used one in desperation to engage a Xenomorph Queen in hand-to-hand combat aboard the USS Sulaco.

Quintero
Standing 3-3/4″ tall, this Colonial Marine comes equipped with a pulse rifle, pistol, motion tracker, welding torch, M3 pattern personal armor, and M10 pattern ballistic helmet.

Hudson
Private First Class William Hudson[4] was a combat technician in the United States Colonial Marine Corps, part of 2nd Battalion Bravo Team. He was a member of the combat unit deployed to Acheron aboard the USS Sulaco in 2179, to investigate the sudden loss of contact with the colony of Hadley’s Hope. He was subsequently involved in combating the Xenomorph infestation at the colony.

Hudson was part of First Squad’s gun team, along with Private Vasquez. He was also the squad’s leader, although Sergeant Apone assumed nominal command for the initial operation at Hadley’s Hope. Hudson was also designated First Squad’s Motion Tracker operator. He was among the last to perish in the incident, eventually becoming host for a Xenomorph Chestburster. His body was later found by Corporal Christopher Winter from the USS Sephora during a subsequent investigation of the colony.

Hicks
Corporal Dwayne Hicks was a member of the United States Colonial Marine Corps, part of 2nd Battalion Bravo Team. He was a member of the combat unit deployed to LV-426 aboard the USS Sulaco in 2179, to investigate the sudden loss of contact with the colony of Hadley’s Hope. He was subsequently involved in combating the Xenomorph infestation at the colony.

Hicks was part of Second Squad’s gun team, along with Private Drake, and was also the squad’s leader and Motion Tracker operator. When the unit’s commanding officer, Lieutenant Gorman, was incapacitated, Hicks took overall charge of the mission as the ranking Marine. He was the only Marine to survive the incident, alongside two civilians, Ellen Ripley and Rebecca Jorden, and the USCM android Lance Bishop, who was badly damaged. He was later captured by the Weyland-Yutani Corporation and taken back to LV-426 where he was tortured for information regarding the mission to Hadley’s Hope and the Xenomorphs, but was eventually freed by Marines from the USS Sephora.
