Well, fingers crossed these make it to the UK. Still no wave 2 in Asda. It's just been wave 1 filling them up for months now.
Yikes! Bidding on Phasma is already up to $100. People be crazy. Reminds me of this:

That very figure was, just weeks later, pegwarming at stores nationwide for $8.99. Granted, the 3.75 Black line being Walmart exclusive makes them a wee bit harder to come by in the wild than the Joe Retaliation stuff, but I still come across them in Walmart here and there with little problem.
Does anyone know when these are coming out?
3.75 black series Han, Leia and Phasma, Sweet I need all of these. Praise the Force! Now if we can just get a new Luke skywalker in the same series I"ll be set.
Maybe....big maybe, but MAYBE it is an exclusive three pack to coincide with the DVD release?
It's obvious Hasbro is gonna make us pay ungodly prices for these but at this point I could care less. I'm so hyped about this!
Hopefully Hasbro will be cranking out Hux and Luke later on.

I got the Black Series Finn, Poe, Kylo Ren, Stormie and Rey from the first TFA wave and I was really disappointed in the quality of most of them. The sculpting is good for the most part but Finn looks like he's wearing a diaper and Poe looks kinda fat with skinny little biceps. The store I found them in had multiples of each figure and I tried to pick out the ones with the best paint but they still all had problems except for Kylo Ren. They just aren't the same quality as the Legacy or Vintage Collection figures from a few years ago and the price has gone up almost $5.
Han and Phasma look okay here, but Leia looks horrible and I have so many obscure background droids that I can't justify spending $15 on that black astromech. I think Hasbro is intentionally making poor 3 3/4 inch figures to get collectors like me to start all over again with the 6 inch line. I think I may have bought my last 3 3/4 inch Star Wars figures and that makes me sad.
I feel your pain OGTrilogy.... we (my 10 year old son and I) are new to the Star Wars game. We are ok with the new 5 poa style. However, we are hugely invested into Marvel 3.75" figures with just under 350 in total.
Glad to see NEW stuff for Black Series 3.75" trickle out. There is a lot of demand for them it is just up to Hasbro to see how life they pump into it.
The quality has fallen dramatically in that line. Articulation down, plastic quality down, accessories are zero (well like one in six has ANY accessories) and the distribution has been less than sketchy across the board.
Point being, Hasbro is definitely pushing all collectors toward 6" and away from 3.75". Everywhere I see and read the 6" sits in abundance while 3.75" sell out quickly. That is the only reason they carry on with this scale. I'm not here to Hasbro-Bash as I genuinely love them.... but come on.
Also, that Leia looks like she got beat up and put make up on to cover it up. That said....with 2 days left she is currently bidding at $166.00!!! She could turn out to never be released and become a valuable one off figure...Doubt it though. Toy reviews are big business now days. So anything under $500 for her is financially acceptable if she can garner 30,000 views in a couple of weeks for said reviewer. Brave new world.
All that said, the astro-mech is a cool colour scheme. Especially if you live in the Pittsburgh area.
In a few months those TFA Leia will be collecting dust at a couple of Walmart stores in my area and in a year or two I'll probably be debating on whether or not to buy one on clearance for $7. Ha! Ha! There's one Walmart store near me that has at least a half dozen Throne Room Leias. I don't dislike the old one enough to replace it at $13-$15, but I might pick up one when she goes on clearance.
I don't buy many of the 5 POA figures. They would be great for army building but those figures are always the first ones to go. The paint on the 5 POA First Order Stormtroopers generally looks better than on the super articulated Black Series figures.
I like 6 inch scale figures, but there are so many characters in the Star Wars universe that it really lends itself to smaller scale figures. I also prefer 3 3/4 inch Star Wars because I like to make dioramas for display. I started collecting comic book figures about the time Marvel Universe originally started, but the paint was really lousy on them at first so I opted to collect Legends instead. Marvel Universe does have a much better character selection though.
Hopefully Hasbro will be cranking out Hux and Luke later on.
Still need to get the first FA figures(money is tight when you don't have a job), but it's still nice to get some 3 3 3/4 inch news!
Them eyebrows though...yikes!

Guys has it been confirmed that these are definitely officially coming out soon in the Black Series line? Cheers!

Either he looks like he's missing his neck or his head is too big for his body but, something doesn't look quite right with the Han figure.
