Can't wait to see what new Godzilla stuff they have to show off. It's been a year since they revealed anything new, and the one revealed last year was just a crappy repaint.

That Donny does look really nice. Since they'll eventually do all 4, I might be tempted to get a Raph. Would be kinda cool to see them do the TMNT:OotS designs in this scale.

Awww man I'm so grabbing those ¼ scale TMNT's really smart of Neca to release a character per quarter knowing the fact that those size figures they release run around $100 a piece that should give customers more time to save their money to be able to afford them rather than spending $400 at once for all 4 turtles if they were to release at once... Hell yes!!!!

    Re: Predators
Holy shit that Kenner wave! The fact that Leader will be an individual release should make him easier to get. There's no way they aren't going to reuse Stalker's body to make Broken Tusk from the comics! I'm having trouble identifying the third one though, the one next to Spiked Tail. At first I thought he was the other from the Aliens Hive Wars line (like how series 10 had Hive Wars predator) but he doesn't really match. Maybe he is an original like Viper?

    Re: Pacific Rim
I don't think Hardship should be that big. Neither of those kaiju look excessively gargantuan or anything but when you look at some BTS stuff you can see Hardship can jump on to Romeo Blue and isn't too much bigger.

That was always my problem with these things going back to Batman. I love the idea but they ought to simplify them or something.

My initial impressions of the new Preds:

-Absolutely LOVE Leader! Great color scheme, love the closed mandible look, weapon etc. Perfect. Question however: are the tails removable?

-Stalker, I know Neca is trying to do an homage to the original, but I honestly was hoping for a non-glow-in-the-dark, serious version with no 'gimmicks'. Oh well, I'll still be buying it. lol

-Spiked Tail, looks great with another excellent paint/color scheme. The ONLY complaint I have, which is also shared with Stalker and the 4th Pred (is that Renegade?) is that they appear to be using the older body style, and not the new body with 30+ points of articulation. If you look closely, Leader is the only one with chest/upper torso articulation, like the AvP Preds (due to the same mold I assume). The lack of articulation on newer Preds is a little bit of a letdown for me....

4th Predator - I hate being overly critical, because I genuinely love NECA and the quality of their work, but this Pred is a big 'meh'. Seems very...........plain? Boring? Generic? I can't quite put my finger on it, but it looks like it could be from one of the early waves/series. It looks unfinished and lacking when compared to recent offerings.

On Twitter Randy said the 4th pred is named Ghost. It actually makes sense that only Leader would get to use the AVP body as he is supposed to be bigger than the other Kenner preds, I think Laseershot was the only other "bigger" figure Kenner did. I don't care about the other guys using the older buck because it's still a great figure overall. The only predators that will use the new AVP body are mainly going to be the predators who actually had it, so really just guys from the AVP movies who aren't Wolf. Randy also said that when series 16 is solicited this weekend we'll see Stalker and Ghost unmasked.

GMK Godzilla! I love that look so much, I was starting to worry I'd have to throw money at the SH version.

Edit: so they've shown a bunch of stuff on Twitter including an Ultimate Friday the 13th part 3 Jason. This kinda bums me because I only just got the ultimate part 6 figure back in December since the part 3 figure's are incredibly hard to find at good prices. So now I'm torn because the part 6 figure really is fantastic and I do like the look but part 3 is the one I wanted first. Well nothing says I can't have multiple Jason's (shut up the reality that is finite display space).

Edit #2: Thanks to the solicit image for Clan Leader it appears that his shoulder-whips will be removable.

I'm definitely looking forward to Raynor but that line needs to do more Starcraft in general. I'm kinda upset that Nova got a figure in wave 1, she's featured in Heroes of the Storm (especially in the cinematic trailer) but in the actual Starcraft games she is a VERY minor character.

Wow I just realized that they actually changed the roster for the HotS series 2. Back at SDCC it was the Demon Hunter from Diablo but now it's another Warcraft character instead. I don't personally care but it bothers me still because I have a friend who said that if they made a Demon Hunter he would get it but now instead we're getting yet another Warcraft character. The Heroes of the Storm line I thought was supposed to be based on the game which is a mix of Blizzard's 3 main properties but so far this line is just Warcraft with a small side of Starcraft and Diablo. There are 7 Warcraft characters (one of which is a deluxe figure) and then only 2 characters from each other franchise.

The GMK Godzilla definitely made me smile. I had already placed a pre-order for the SH MonsterArts version, which I will more than likely cancel once the NECA version becomes available for pre-order.

I just saw the new Ultimate Jason on Twitter, and while I'm somewhat bummed that it's essentially a re-release of the Part 3 Jason (which I have both versions of.) there was one thing about it that got me really excited....the resculpted hockey mask. THEY FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT!

I love that he also comes with all of his tools from the film as well. While I see the blood stain on his right pant leg, I hope that NECA actually puts a gash there so we can insert the knife Christie stabs him with (especially since it's an included accessory.) Too bad it doesn't come with a bookcase too to drop down hordes of deadly books onto Jason's head, or a television for him to wear like a collar.

I'm really hoping they show more F13 stuff before the show is out, especially because the Freddy stuff is outnumbering it nearly two to one. While I highly doubt it, I'd love to see a re-tooled reboot Jason, or a two pack featuring either both versions of him from Jason X, or a child Jason with his mother much like the SDCC Mego version we recently got.

Yeah, I like Nova but she was an odd choice for the first SC character. Nova is getting her own series DLC though and they were trying to give her a higher profile back when she was going to have her own video game but its still odd. I like that they went with a woman but Kerrigan, even Ghost Kerrigan, would have been better. I'm pleasedd Raynor is second and as much as I like WoW I'd have preferred another SC character instead of a murloc two pack.

I hope they speed up the release schedule now that they are saying wave one did really well, otherwise its going to take a decade just to get the most basic casts from the three games featured.

I'd much rather have a Demon Hunter than any of the Warcraft figures. I've honestly never really liked Warcraft all that much and it annoys me that Blizzard shows it higher favoritism even though Starcraft is what really made Blizzard a household name in the gaming world.

Fair enough, my interest in Warcraft and Starcraft are more or less equal, with Diablo trailing behind. I'd just rather have anything than those murlocs. I wonder if they will do army builders?

I'd love to get at least 3 of them, I bet they'll look astounding on the toy shelf getting into a brawl with all the Q-scale Preds!

NECA gets my money once again, this time x3.
