Yesterday was Mezco’s Toy Fair 2016 Preview event at their NYC headquarters. Those in attendance were graced with a special edition of the upcoming One:12 Collective Star Trek Mr. Spock figure. The limited edition figure comes only with the base, 2 hands, and 1 head. The alternate hands, alternate head, phaser, communicator and tricorder which will be included in the full release are not present. The packaging is also unique to this run, sporting a black and white windowless deco.
Let’s take a look at the Toy Fair Mr. Spock after the break which should give folks an idea of what to expect from the full release!

Absolutely gorgeous figure. That head sculpt is near perfect. Damn...
It is. When it dropped I said I'd prob pick up a Spock as a solo star trek rep on my combo shelves, and Mezco luckily filled that need. Keeper for sure.

Body is tight and holds a pose. Details are on point. Love the hands, pop on and off easily and stay put. Great system and specific fig.

This looks incredible. I certainly hope that the official release looks this good.
I may have to get it out of respect for our recently fallen Vulcan.
How does the clothing stand up? I've heard multiple horror stories from people who purchased Hot Toys and had clothing start to fall apart after handling for mere minutes. If Hot Toys can charge $300+ for a figure (which is beyond me in and of itself) and cannot keep the quality of clothing up to snuff, is it possible for someone else to have quality clothing on a figure at the price these new One:12 figures are going for? Please let these be of awesome quality and popularity, while also keeping integrity by not going ballistic on pricing.

I had zero issues with the clothing on this. Handled and posed it rough for about 45 minutes. Pulled the shirt down a lot, like you would on your own after tumbling around, etc.
I love those Glossy boots.
