Hideo Kojima has debuted some preview photos for a new Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain – Venom Snake Revoltech Figure. It sounds like this could be a RevolMINI figure as we have been seeing with the recent Metal Gear figures from Kaiyodo. The RevolMINI line is roughly 4″ scale, smaller than the standard Revoltech’s.

Oh I see, its a Sneaking Suit version. The title made it seem it was the default Venom Snake which I'm pretty sure has been put for over a month now, so I was confused as to why it said Preview.
