These just get better and better and they add more and more interesting figures. I think it's time I picked one up to check them out.
I tried getting into the Acid Rain stuff, but the prices are too high...especially on the vehicles. Those things are insanely expensive. Plus the figures, which are also expensive, just feel very cheap and rubbery in-hand. I bought one Sol Commander early on just to check it out, and while it's a neat-looking figure, I just didn't feel it was worth the money at all.
I respect the designs of both the characters and vehicles as well as the paint/weathering, but this line is just not for me unless it gets more affordable and/or the quality goes up.
Still, nice to see that they finally got around to making a new body mold or two (including a female figure). I think they're re-used that damn Sol Commander body more times than the most powerful supercomputer on Earth can compute.

Now the Ultimate Voltron EX is what I want. That thing looks incredible.
EHRMEHRGERD! Macross Pilots! Well, plus Lynn Minmay. How big is that Batroid Mode at the end?
Those lions look great. I'm all over that I think. The 30th one that is over $200, what size is that? Seems a bit much for non-transforming.

There are plenty of other properties that have my attention with all that's being shown right now. Thank you for your input and thank you Toyark Team for providing us with these great galleries, it's something I look forward to all year.
Love the look of the lions even though there is a little too much detail on them compared to the anime. I hope they use better plastic than the other Voltrons had since those felt near bootleg quality. The price is also a big factor.
Why isn't there a Lisa Hayes figure? She is a main character after all! It would also be nice if they included helmets for the figures to hold rather than just helmeted heads to swap onto the pilot bodies.
Damn, I missed the news about the pilots (I also want a Lisa Hayes damn it). Did anything ever happen with them? If they're still happening, do you think they'll have the same lousy materials and QC as the 1:100 reissues?
