Marvel.com has the details on a new selection of Secret Wars Minimates coming from Diamond Select Toys. Based on the current Marvel storyline, these new Minimates span a wide array of characters; including a fantastic Howard the Duck. The figures are due out this Fall and include the following:
- Iron Man 2020 and Ultron
- Old Man Logan and Maestro Hulk
- A-Force Captain Marvel and New Thor
- A-Force Dazzler and Howard the Duck

New Marvel Minimates - Secret Wars Figures
seems like some weird choices for characters, out of all the more important characters from main secret wars like god emperor doom sheriff strange and lady thor instead of any of the thors that we dont normally see like groot thor or storm thor, and finally arno starks armor that they are going with is black and gold in the comic is it that hard to repaint it.
I marked out like crazy when I scrolled down and saw that Iron Man 2020 Minimate. I'm probably his
biggestonly fan. This guy'll go nice with his Marvel Universe and Super Hero Squad figures on my shelf.However, some of these choices (including IM 2020) are...really weird. What do most of these have to do with Secret Wars?

Ultron - Age of Ultron vs Marvel Zombies
Captain Marvel/Thor - Secret Wars (main book)
Old Man Logan - Old Man Logan
Howard the Duck - Howard the Duck
I think they were solid picks but I swore there was a Spider Gwen/Iron Spider set
