Though we don’t see too many fans of the oversized 5 points of articulation figures on Toyark, perhaps this will sway you over. Jakks Pacific has announced that they have acquired a license for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. The license gives them the rights to create oversized action figures (they do assorted 18″ to 24″ figures on shelves now). They will also be able to create some other styles of merchandise. Here’s a snippet:
The agreement, which covers the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice film, also includes a domestic and international renewal for the full DC Comics franchise. The multi-category license includes large-scale action figures and vehicles, accessories, games, wagons and more. JAKKS plans to launch its Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice product line in Spring 2016 to coincide with the film’s worldwide theatrical release. New DC Comics product lines will also be available at retailers in Fall 2015.

Keep in mind the only actual "figures" they can do are the 18-31 inch 5 points of articulation (or less) figures.
Oh i didnt see "large scale"
Bah! So are we going to see any 3.75" ones from Mattel and will they be the dreaded 5 POA? I really liked the sculpts on the Man of Steel stuff - the paint and articulation left ALOT to be desired though...
Man it doesnt matter who makes it...the movie merch will be spectacularly sub par as those before it. Even the movie masters stuff has become ugly garbage.
Ohhh wonderful Scott Neitlich gets more DC Stuff as Jim Carey said it in Liar, Liar "Bee ee u t ful". Jaxx Pacific does realize that DC Fans already have a problem with this, right?
Before you all jump this is where Scott Neitlich is now at Jaxx Pacific
Horrible news. How does this company stay afloat?
