Hellcat was persuaded by the Titanian priestess Moondragon to accompany her to Titan to undergo a period of training. During her stay on Titan, Hellcat’s minor psionic potential was artificially enhanced by various electronic organic devices and was given extensive martial arts training. Upon her return to Earth, she met the Defenders and decided to accept their offer of membership rather than the Avengers.

Marvel Legends Hellcat
Pros
Above average articulation
Cons
Head does not tilt pack that limits posing
Almost closed hand to hold staff?!?
Overall
Hellcat may not be on the A list of Marvel characters but Hasbro was able to make a really nice version of her for the Marvel Legends line. There are a few things I do not understand in the design. Why not two open hands in claw position? The closed hand was a really bad choice along with the club-staff. I still could not find one reference or Marvel Comic cover with her using that weapon. It’s the small things like this that hurt the popularity of C list characters. She is Hellcat, give her two open claws that match 99% of the media surrounding the character. Don’t get me wrong the figure looks good but it’s all in the details sometimes.

First up is Thanos!

Love this shot.
Yeah that group pic was able to happen because of NJCC pick-ups. Really good timing.
Iron Man Mark 43 is now up!
Marvel Legends Iron Man Mark 43 Age of Ultron Photo Shoot - The Toyark - News
Is it possible to like the design of the figure while not being fond of the design of the character (or more specifically, the armor)?
I like this fig as much as I dislike that armor design...oxymoronic statement?...of course.
...and I think we can all agree that the 'pizza slice' is now the single greatest Marvel Legend accessory of all time.
I want this Thanos, but I don't want to have buy all of the toys to get him. :-(
I'm thinking I'll get that Iron Man. I haven't gotten an IM since Iron Man 1 if I'm not mistaken. I really like the flipped up face panel head.
Thanos looks nice, but it doesn't really do much for me. I may have picked it up as an individual figure, but as a BAF, it's a fairly easy pass.
you'd think that with all of the accessories these legends figures have, they'd be able to give iron man a set of proper repulser hands.
Spider-Woman is now up! What a great figure and character.
Marvel Legends Spider Woman Thanos Wave Photo Shoot - The Toyark - News
Spider-Woman looks good...I wish there was some better way to handle these characters with costume elements (meshing/wings/webs) underneath their arms. That said, Hasbro has handled the few characters featuring this sort of accent in a much better fashion than ToyBiz had...

Good god I want this Spider-Woman.
Glad I ordered the case wave for this so now I don't have to worry about hunting for it.
Every figure in this wave is solid and if your just now getting into Marvel Legends collecting, with this wave alone, it's like a pot of Marvel Legends Gold when it comes to character selection. Is a good wave for everybody who collects but even better for the mass market.
Up next is Avengers Age of Ultron Hulk!
Marvel Legends The Hulk Age of Ultron Thanos Wave Photo Shoot - The Toyark - News
Great wave. Batroc and Hulk are definitely my favorites. I know a lot of people are fed up with Hasbro doing minimal sculpt work and re using the same bucks a lot, but the Bucky Cap body works so well with the characters they've been using it for. Batroc is just about perfect if you can ignore the lack of unique sculpt work below the neck.
Hulks only issue is neither his feet or his head move up. I think the green color they picked looks awful and mine was packaged in a way that bent the Betty loving shit out of his right knee, but those are both personal gripes. One of them is at least easily fixable.
The pics of the Hulk are great. I hope Hasbro fixes the lack of texture on the Hulk's torso before the release of 'Banner Hulk' in the Hulk/Ultron/Vision 3pk. The absence of texture on the chest and back is really distracting. How did something like that make it past Hasbro's final approval phase?
Hulk looks good. Some nice shots there, especially the jumping "Hulk Smash" style pics.
Hellcat is up, I have some issues with her but still a nice C list character.

Good pics of a very pose-challenged figure.
I think I can see where you might have issues with this fig. I wish Hasbro would retire those shoulders and that torso isn't very flattering. For a character that is dexterous and nimble, the fig (without having it in my hands - I get my case shipment from BBTS tomorrow) seems stiff and clumsy. I'll know with more certainty when I get the fig whether or not she is in fact the Ororo buck - I know many liked that buck with it selling for obscene prices online, but I'm not exactly a fan.
In spite of all the smack I just talked, Hellcat is one of the figs from this line that I desire the most. I need any additions to my Classic Defenders line up that I'm able to get my mitts on...thanks for the pics, you always do a great job.
Edit: I'm so embarrassed that I only just now noticed your pros and cons listed clearly on your photo post..."me like pretty pictures, read bad." You said exactly the opposite of what I wrote. Sorry for seeming cognitively delayed....duh
Captain America is now up for your viewing pleasure.

I just got my Thanos wave shipment and I'm liking Cap a great deal more than I thought I was going to. The shield accessory is my favorite Cap shield to date!
and....pizza slice!
Nice shield toss pics man! Great stuff.
Wait..."Very Avengers Age of Ultron movie accurate" is a con?
Just curious...how so? That "con" has me scratching my head...
