Indiana Jones Sixth Scale Figure Photos and Info - The Toyark - News

Its a pretty good likeness. Arguably one of the better SSC 1/6 figures.
im not comfortable with ripped clothing. anyone deal with figures with ripped clothing? and if it lasts or if it is sewn inside?
Hmmmm...the lOok is not there...maybe its his eyes...just doSen't feel like HARRISON !
I don't know much about these high end figures, but I think it looks awesome.
Sideshow must not have secured likeness rights, so went instead with a more generic stubbly face. Another problem is the conspicuous elbow joint on the bare right arm. The photographer evidently agrees: notice how the images are generally staged with that joint hidden. Exposed joints are an ongoing problem for premium action figure designers, which is why I'll be very interested to see how well the concealed joint works out for bare arms of the upcoming Commando Arnold.

Regarding the joint, they already did that for the Hulk and it seemed to work well. Not that I can afford a Hulk to talk any further about it. But the tech is there. Don't they have hidden joints on a lot of their female figures?
I have to agree with those who think the likeness is off. Among other issues the face is a little too wide.
Hmmm... looking at the new photos, I can sort of see Harrison there in some angles. However, the paint job doesn't help with the likeness, nor does the fact that the hat looks a bit oversized on him.
