In their latest newsletter, the team at Pop Culture Shock has announced the acquisition of another new license. They will be producing items based on the upcoming Dawn of the Planet of the Apes film. No further info was provided, but expect to see highly detailed statues and/or busts. We’ll have more as it becomes available.

So didn't they say that they were doing some type of action figures that they were going to show at NYCC (or at least hinted at showing) maybe this is what they wanted to show but could not.
