I like the Hydra Agent. Looks like they may have recycled a few parts from Iron Monger for the BAF, but I'm on board.

Yeah, the Captain BAF is still sweet and even fits into scale for Super Hydra weapons for 3.75 scale. Not sure I like that Cap or Winter soldier from the 3.75 line, aren't really feeling like buys.

Taking that out. Can't get confirmation from the guys there.

I'm guessing those are the Legends figures. I remember Super Green Goblin was the BAF for it and Beattle and Black Cat.

They didn't have enough giant accessories to be 3.75 lol

An Ultimate Beetle and Carnage...what a nice surprise. The Spider-Man looks pretty good. I'm unfamiliar with the red and black Spider-Man, is that an updated outfit for Miles Morales?

Superior Spider Man. Is that other spider man shown the first version of superior spiderman or just a movie version, or just a regular spiderman

The shield mandroid looks promising no matter the scale. That'll be nice for the movie-verse shield/gi joe shelf I have going.

Indifferent on the Winter Soldier. May decide later when seeing it in person. Digging the new cap costume, hope it gets a better figure though.

Hope the black cat figure is 3.75'' Hard to tell since she's missing double jointed elbows. It'd be nice to finally get some 3.75'' spider-family figures finally like her and an easier to find carnage, anti-venom, etc. Here's hoping they do Flash Thompson venom too in that scale.

Ultimate Goblin is fine if that's ML. He's one of those bigger scaled type characters anyway, but still might pass on him.

Can't wait to see what else could be shown.

    *Edit*
Superior Spider-man is legends scale. (Double elbows.)
That probably means the others are too. =/

FYI everyone, Black Cat and a few other assorted figures are indeed Legends class figures. The BAF is Mandroid.

Yeah, those are the discount ones.

We should still be getting a more advanced articulation one though. Winter Soldier is the more advanced articulation style similar to Thor's line, while the cap one is the discount one with limited artic.

    Same to the Electro figures.

Big emphasis on legends right out the gate though.
Black Cat unknown because she's too far away from the others for scaling. But detail-wise she seems legends(articulation is MU style though). Ultimate goblin is legends. Carnage is too. Beetle is legends potentially, hard to tell. Superior Spider-man is legends. He has double elbows and other legends only articulation.

Well there goes troop building that then.

And yeah, it looks like Winter Soldier is the only 3.75'' with real articulation to be shown so far.

Black Cat is on the table with the others and the same size as them, so yeah, she's Legends. Which was expected.

    How long is this event?

Still better than last year, 2/3 of the figures shown at last years NYCC aren't even getting released

Im pretty sure all the Spiderman figures shown in the picture together are legends, and according to some news I read last week at marvelousnews it seems theyll be released like the iron man legends (iron monger wave) where they will be split up in two waves, probably one being a Movie based and the other a Comic, probably the first being the comic based with Carnage, Superior Spiderman and Black Cat, and the second with Electro, the Blue and red Spiderman (I think its probably an amazing spiderman 2 figure) and Beetle(this last one could come in either wave), all of them having different pieces to form the Ultimate Green Goblin.

  25. Snowflakian's Avatar Snowflakian says

    10-09-2013, 05:49 PM

Hasbro has never really been a big NYCC supporter. They do more for SDCC and Toy Fair. That's how it's always been mostly.

Still, some neat reveals. If I collected Legends, I'd be all over some of these.
Still might get Black Cat. I've been debating on starting a legends collection of just certain characters like X-Force v3 and certain female characters like Jubilee, Red She-Hulk, Black Cat, and a new X-23 if they make her.
