They should have made the body bigger, or the head smaller. I know Chucky is a doll with silly proportions, but his head is not supposed to be that massive compared to his body.
Also, scar-free Chucky is way scarier. Scar-faced Chucky is too flamboyant, like adding flames to a Ferrari, or engraving a skull onto a knife.
