Four Horsemen has announced that they will have two exclusive Power Lords figures for Power-Con. Thankfully, these will also be available the Monday following the show on Store Horsemen. The two figures are the Power Soldier and an Elite Power Soldier. More details from Four Horsemen:

Do these have the 4H "H" hinge hips?
The hips, from what I saw at NJCC, are pretty much exactly like the ones found on the Outer Space Men toys. Forward and backwards movement, but these have added knee articulation that the OSM ones don't have.
