Angela looks great, but not a fan of that Ultron design. And is it just me, or does Nick looks a lot like David Hasselhoff's portrayal from the TV movie?

Not sure if her back story is the same as Spawn's Angela, or will include any memory or reference of her encounters with Spawn, but it is indeed the same character. Neil Gaiman sold the rights to the character to Marvel earlier this year after finally winning them from Todd Mcfarlane a year or two ago...

Looks neat, yeah the Angela confused me at first a lot.

So I guess she's an alien?

need Angela! and the end of the mini explains how she gets there.

I think Nick Fury and Ironman were stupid characters to include. They should have been either AoU Black Widow, Wolverine or Sue Storm as they were big characters in the series

Ah, I had no idea that Gaiman did win the rights back, so I thought she was still McFarlane property, which was what was confusing me. Thanks guys.

Back story from what I read online:

It seems Gaiman settled with Mcfarlane and Gaiman gained 100% ownership of the character back in 2012. Maybe McFarlane gained 100% ownership of Cog, since he is back in the spawn comics.
