I can buy the figure on ebay for like #25... the fuck is worth the extra $75... marvel sub normally costs like $50, seems like a rip off, nice packaging though.

I thought the Age of Ultron story was pretty lackluster and crappy. Just what I expected from a major Marvel story. And people wonder why I stick to mostly the Ultimate universe. I barely get Marvel books now because they can't keep consistent good writing on a book for more than 4 issues. That being said I still love my Marvel Legends, but I will just order an import of the figure and pass on the rest of the stuff. Hell the figure will probably be in the hasbro store page next year when they don't sell the 100$ subscription just like, MU Fury, Old Man Logan, Unmasked Doom, X-force Archangel??? I sense a trend.

Eh. I hate to say it, because for so long I was absolutely crazy about Marvel, but I've fallen off the wagon big time with them. I never even finished reading the Siege hardcovers I have, so that's where I stopped buying, and from the sounds of it I haven't missed much of anything with lackluster events like AvX and Age of Ultron.

I've switched to DC ever since the New 52 started, and I'm enjoying a lot of their stuff that I never thought I would - like All-Star Western! Don't like westerns, never liked Jonah Hex, yet I enjoy the book. Same with Justice League Dark.

So if DC ever does a package like this (action figure included) then I'd probably be in. For Marvel, though... I dunno, their characters have lost a little something somewhere along the way.
