Metalhead is a turtle-like remotely controlled robot built by Donatello. Donnie salvaged an abandoned Kraang-droid body after a battle and decided to use its highly advanced technology to build an upgraded weapon for himself. The result was Metalhead. He resembles the turtles themselves yet stands about a foot shorter. He has a bandanna built onto his head that is yellow in color and the back of his shell is made from a New York City manhole cover.

Hi all! Another TMNT 2012 scratchbuilt custom that i want to share with you. Here is Metalhead! he's built from a heavily modified ironman 3.75" figure, and lots of putty. i painted him gray with a dry brush of silver. he's closer in scale with the turtles and has got plenty of articulation which were two of my targets for this custom. i'm pretty happy with the result. hope you all like it!
