Welcome back to another round of MattyCollector 2013 Q&A! Today we have answers to a set of questions sent off at the beginning of this month. As always, don’t forget to post your questions in our MattyCollector 2013 Q&A Thread! Without further ado, here are our answers:
Why do WWE Elite Series come in in 2 different assortments? Like 21A and 21B. Makes Sense when you did Kevin Nash/Diesel but when Miss Elizabeth came out she was only in one of those cases and made her impossible to find at retail.
Just a case of the way the assortments worked out. No hidden back story.
If the MOTU live action movie by Jon Chu makes it to the livescreen, is that also a greenlight to bring MOTUC to brick & mortar retail?
There is no guarantee of that but it would be cool to see some A list older figures released at retail in a movie year (perhaps with fewer accessories and new packaging to keep the originals version collectable). But the plan is to keep new figures exclusive to Mattycollector.com.
Is it possible to follow up the love given to the 1960’s Classic Batman 6″ line with a 6″ line of Batman/Batman Returns Movie Masters figures? For some fans, Michael Keaton was THEE movie Batman for quite some time.
This is something we’d love to look into but no plans to announce right now.
With the 60’s Classic Batman line getting a Batmobile surely there are other Batmobiles you would like to make. If sales were good and retailers were open to ordering a Batmobile for 6″ figures, which one would you want to make?
Just asking our pie in the sky opinion, the Keaton Batmobile, the Tumbler or event he Super Powers Batmobile would make great toys! But no plans right now.
