NECA gives us a double whammy of Batman figures on display today at New York Toy Fair. Both figures are 1/4th scale and due out later this year. One is Batman as portrayed by Michael Keaton in the Tim Burton Batman flick from 1989. The other figure is none other than legendary Mayor of Quahog himself: Adam West!
